If I had the option to choose 0 stars I would. I was in the hospital 3 times last week so when I made my appointment last week the only time available was during my work day so I took off. This morning was supposed to be my appointment and 45 minutes before it, I receive a call that I have to reschedule and take more time off work because the provider my appointment is with decided not to come to work today. Thats not my problem. maybe this place should hire ppl with better work ethics. Im pissed and will be changing my primary as soon as I can because if we add patients dont show, we cannot come neck but they can cancel within 1 hour of the appt time without any consequences

Worst appointment ever. I went in for a dental deep clean. KIMMY NGUYEN was horrible...started to measure my gums and must of hit a nerve....I walked out with so much pain going into my ear...never want her to treat me again...never numbed my mouth or nothing. Needless to say no dental work was done...I left.

Horrible. First time I went in to get checked for a sinus infection, had an appointment, but still took over 3 hours because I was left waiting in the patient room multiple times. 2nd visit, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, and finally walked out. Wont be going back!

Its a great clinic ,i love my doctor shes always been great,ever sins i was detected with diabitis 5 years ago ,all app. Are great check ups, insurance or no insurance ,they see me ,I moved to Denver from Thornton and still drive all way I dont care I wont change my doc Catherine

Terrible service. They scheduled me.for a wisdom tooth removal, and called me the morning of telling me that they couldnt perform it there and that they could give me a referral somewhere else. Ive been trying to get it pulled for 3 weeks now through Clinica. I am not very happy.

This clinic takes forever to get you in you have an appointment be prepared to stay an hour and they do not inform you when doctors are late which is unprofessional, I had to wait an hour for a check up that takes 15mins Doesnt even deserve a star at all

I thought this clinic would be a great local option to be our familys provider... I couldnt even seem to reach anyone in the first place. What if my child is sick? Will I be able to reach anyone? I need to choose elsewhere, and I really regret that.

Terrible customer service. Despite holding proof of insurance, no appointment could be made because they wouldnt verify my insurance with a simple phone call to the company. Easy solution but they choose to waste a persons time.

this is the worst clinic in the world doctors dont wanna help you at all and I was given a medication for pain and later had to go to the hospital because it was For high blood pressure they almost killed me!!!!!

Great clinic for low income families with lots of great help. The waiting can be long but with the amount of patients it is expected. That have gotten faster and more organized recently.

I had to get two extractions and they didnt numb my mouth good i felt everything. I kept telln them but they keept saying it was just pressure. Worst ferling ever.
