Experience from this facility has not always been horrible. I called 2 weeks prior to schedule an appointment for prenatal care in the Womens care clinic and confirmed that I was scheduled for the correct appointment. Only to show up an hour early and wait 45 minutes to learn that I had been scheduled incorrectly. It would have been helpful to be informed upon checking in. That wasnt the worst, the females checking in clients had no clue who was who and had told me incorrect information that had belonged to another patient. Shed pointed at several other women and called them by a name then pointed to me and said "You! Come up here". Being polite and curteous would have made it a 2 star. The receptionists need more training because they do not know how to schedule patients correctly.

I overall rate my experience today at the clinic pretty great. The womens clinic that is located in the lower part of the building has an AMAZING staff. Especially the OBGYN. I visited for a pap smear and they were very careful and sanitary with everything. I was prescribed oral birth control and the wait for the pharmacy located upstairs took a little over an hour. Still, I would recommend anyone with medicaid to this specific location!

If the drs in womens care/obgyn would listen to the patients rather than just make own decisions during ones pregnancy that isnt theirs to make they wouldnt b so bad.... I havr been sent to pav c at denver health hospital twice for nothing... both times i was released and told to carry on about my regular activitys,

I come to this clinic for all my childens health issues.. Always polite and there primary doctor is very professional.. The only thing i would say bad about this place is that the scheduling is a lil off 2 weeks for an appt.. But other then that i would recommend this place..

Dr king is very professional, and good at what she does. I have unfortunately had to meet with a lot of doctors but she really takes her time, listens and is good at what she does. If anyone has not started to se a doctor for adult care request her.

They rush the appointment. They dont care they just want to be done and over with it. We also got to an appointment 1 minute late they said they have to reschedule it just for a minute late.
