Based on their website I was happy to have found them. We needed a new physician in the Denver area. I was scheduled with the PA, and I went in with some things to address and was told there wasnt time. Okay, I get that. So I followed her suggestion to make a well-woman appt so wed have more time. When I arrived, they said I couldnt talk about anything other than preventative or insurance wouldnt pay for it. Additionally, she asked me the same questions over and over, and still entered the information wrong in my record. At no time did I feel that she was listening to me or working with me collaboratively. Basically, she did nothing for me but refer me to other people. I dont need referrals for my insurance - I could have done that myself (and will from here forward). I wasted time off work, money, and am sorely disappointed that this turned out to be another "get em through in 15 minutes" place. I imagine the doctor (Whitney Kennedy) is not like this, but since shes booked, you only get to see the PA. I do not recommend this place.

Most professional doctor I have seen in many, many years. Impeccable courtesy and on time. Jennifer Whalen, PA, listened to me attentively, asking pertinent questions and recording information. I felt in good hands and that she is competent and knowledgeable as a physician assistant to help me heal. I have complete confidence in her ability to help me maintain good health without unnecessary medications, but through healthy choices primarily. Looking forward to my next appointment. One day she wont be able to take new patients as she will be full Im sure, so get in to see her now.

Whitney Kennedy has been my MD for 14 years and I Love her! Her staff are very kind and caring, I have seen her PA Kalya a couple times recently and she is great too. I have never felt rushed or brushed off, so I am shocked to see the negative reviews. I know that most Doctors see a patient for one issue at a time so if you have a laundry list you might want to ask advice before booking an appointment. I recommend Highlands Health for Life to all of my family and friends!

Very friendly staff and they walk you through everything. I feel confident in Jennifer Whalen being a partner in my healthcare. She listens and takes her time. I dont feel like a number or a chart here. But a person they do care about staying healthy.
