There was not one thing I liked about my experience at this clinic today. After being told by the clinic on Alameda and Wadsworth there would be an hour wait and being afraid of the scary men sitting in there and exhausted and sick the employee said the cynic at Hampden and Sheridan is not busy. We went and signed in. We were second on the list. The woman sitting there said the "Doctor" had already been crabby with her, telling her it would be 45 minutes because she was all alone. I waited for half an hour or more with several coming n. The "Doctor" finally stuck her head out the door and said it would be at least an hour and a half and proceeded to complain to my face about how she was all alone there and she had to chart and clean the room! NOT PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! Im sick and really dont care about her work problems, or her attitude! Who would? Come on...not my problem she was "all alone". I will never try a little clinic again...even the hair places let a person call in so they dont have to sit for prolonged periods of time! It was obvious that this woman was trying to get us to leave so SHE wouldnt have such a bad day! Im not finished with this...I will continue to search until I find someone to say this to that will actually care, not like this so called "healer" did NOT care about any of us today!

Id been sick for weeks and was actively avoiding going to an Urgent Care because the thought of waiting for hours and hours in a room full of sick people and crying babies did not sound appealing. My boyfriend urged me to stop by The Little Clinic and I finally heeded his advice. Everything about my experience was wonderful. I arrived just before 9AM on a Monday and was the only patient there. The nurse at the front desk was incredibly sweet and got me checked in with my insurance info in no time. Within 5 minutes I was in the exam room talking to the doctor, who was also very sweet, attentive, and patient. Within 15 Id already gotten my prescription sent over to the Pharmacy. I was back home, in bed, within the hour. A truly positive experience, and next time Im sick, I wont wait several weeks, actively avoiding the care and medicine I need. Ill go back to The Little Clinic.

I lost my perscription, and called the clinic to get the Doctor to write another perscription. Receptionist said she would call right back after asking. 4 hours later I decided to come in. When getting ther the receptinist told me there was a 2.5 hour wait. When I asked if she could get the Doctor to just write me the prescription, the receptionist told me she would get me in next, as I really didnt need to see the Doctor again. After a few patients going in before me, I asked again, and she promised I was next. Then, another patient went in, and I complained that she promised me in next. She said I had to wait for another 3 patients to be seen. I asked her why she kept promising to get me in next, and she said that was never the case. They just lost my business.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had! Came in here sick and in pain. I asked how long it would be to be seen if they take walk ins and I was told it wouldnt be long just to sign in. They insisted that in order to be put in the line or seen I have to pay upfront. I asked if i could pay after and was denied and pretty much told I could take it or leave it. So I paid and sat to wait. Over an hour passed going on TWO hours waiting and people that "reserved their spots online" kept being seen before me. This is terrible practice and feel like Ive been taken advantage of. I was forced to pay prior to being seen and denied any other options. I would like to hear back from someone in charge. You have been warned stay away!!!

Absolutely hated it here, They tried to have me spend 150$ for drugs After 100$ for an appointment, when the generic drug for what I needed was 15$ I hate that I hade to go back because my mom refused to let me go to Walmart after the clinic called her to apologize and offered the 15$ meds that worked great I got better in like a week after that

These folks are always very nice and very helpful. I love the Little Clinic. I can get the care I need during off hours ( I never need the Doctor M-F, 9-5). Theyre very convenient, the wait is never very long and everyone is always always super super nice!

The gal that was running the reception desk was incredibly nice and helpful. She took the time to ensure that I had all of the paper work that I needed to complete my physical for Uber.
