Great doctors speaking from experience with 2 of them. However, I cannot condone their business practice. And I dont know if it is the doctors instigating from behind the scenes or the front staff who we communicate with often. My wife went to the ER on saturday, for some severe abdominal pain. A few nurses recommended to at least get it checked for appendicitis (that is how much pain she is in). The ER sent her home due to not finding anything severe and said to check with our general physician to see about how to proceed. With it being the weekend, my wife remained in severe pain 2 more days with the hope of seeing Dr. Faulkner (since she was who we have had for my wife). (A little back story: I was laid off from my work and still job hunting, so we had just gotten onto Medicaid). We made an appointment to see the Dr on Monday. She hobbled into the office in a ton of pain and had mentioned that she was on Medicaid. They told her: "Sorry, you cant see the doctor. We dont accept Medicaid." My wife, in a ton of pain, was desperate and said she would pay cash. They told her that they are not allowed to even accept cash due to legalities. Im not a fan of Medicaid, BUT I am an advocate of the Hippocratic oath all doctors take. My wife, now even more desperate, asked for advise on what she should do. The front desk responded "i dont know." In a time that also indicated "i dont care." My wife in her state broke down right in front of them having a anxiety attack. And they sat there, doing nothing. My wife eventually pulled enough of herself together and hobbled out. It is a bit of a ways down the hallway and a couple strangers ran over to help her. I was waiting outside to pick her up and when I saw her I ran over to help. We got all the way to the car before the front desk lady came running out claiming my wife left without them able to get her the information and thankfully caught her in time. (To which I say, she wasnt running out the door if that is what you were saying.). The first doctor they recommended was filled for the next 3 months and the second option had the incorrect number. I cannot think of a worst way to treat a patient or anyone for that matter. I understand, they have to make a living. But what they are doing to make that living is not ethical.:

I recently scheduled an appointment with this office and missed my appt. because my mother, who lives with me because she a stroke and cannot walk, talk or write was having some issues and therefore I missed the appointment. The receptionist basically said I was on their "banishment" list since their policy is if you are a new patient, you get NO chances for missing your first appointment. I am now on their "do not service" list. I have never in my life heard of anything like this. I am a senior level professional for a medical company, trying to work and take care of my mother and this was so astonishing to me I had to write a review. The individual I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and I hope that she does not treat everyone like she treated me. I have no comments about the physician in the practice except from what I have read they look like a great group of clinicians (unfortunate for me).

Dr. Weller and his staff are BEYOND EXCELLENT! Ive been on the lookout for a good family physician for the past few years and have changed doctors few times. Dr. Weller is THE MOST practical doctor I have ever met. Also, he is one the RARE doctors left that practices medicine the way it is supposed to be done. Unlike most other doctors who write a bunch of expensive tests / procedures to make money, Dr.Weller does exactly what is necessary without over doing things. Im so glad I found Comprehensive family medicine. I would recommend Dr.Kenneth Weller to absolutely anyone!

Dr. Weller has been my primary care physician for over 7 years now, and he has always very attentive and sympathetic to my ailments big or small and I have never had an issue getting an appointment within a very short time period. He also has had great referrals for all situations where he is not able to take care of me personally. In addition, his staff is wonderful and always able to answer my questions when they arise. Couldnt ask for a better family (primary care) physician!

This place is fantastic. Dr. Faulkner is very professional and has a great bedside manner. Ive had to see Dr Weller when Dr Faulkner was out, and he was wonderful too. They both take the time to go through information thoroughly and seem to really care about their patients. I highly recommend this place. Great people.

Attentive, caring professionals. Spent quite much time to examine me, discussed lifestyle, family history, nutrition, activity, factors that affect health and well-being. No rush to assess my general physical condition either. Pleasantly impressed with this family practice.
