Dr. Brown has saved both our dogs lives. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely. Plus, he tells it like it is--his interests are helping the animals, not to protect your feelings. Dog overweight? Hell tell you. However, when push comes to shove, Dr. Brown is the best vet Ive ever encountered, and Ive lived in other parts of the country where you expect good service. Please, if you are like us and love your pets like family, dont bother looking elsewhere. If you want to save a buck, then maybe this place isnt for you (although I dont think they are all that expensive either)

I was irritated by the receptionists and technicians giving each other massages in the back office with the large glass window, instead of informing me why I was still waiting over an hour and half after my appointment time. Very unprofessional. Never returning.

We did have to wait 20 min past our appointment time, but Dr. Roge was great--very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She gave us a lot of information and answered all of or questions. Highly recommend her.
