This office is very poorly managed. The staff appears to be poorly trained. I waited at the window for a great deal of time to drop of a specimen. When someone came to the window they asked me to leave the sample in a paper bag behind the window. I put my sons name, birthdate and my phone number on the bag. After a week, my doctor had not receive the results. I was present when a representative from the doctors office called to find out about the results and Quest was unable to located them. The representative from Quest tried to call the Slidell location, but was unable to reach anyone. We will therefore be attending a specialist tomorrow without our lab results due to the incompetence of the Quest Staff in Slidell. My husband also went to the same location several months ago. The test that he took required him to drink a substance and to have his blood drawn over a three hour period. After he returned home he received a phone call from the lab stating that he had been given the wrong substance to drink and that he would need to return on another day to repeat the same process. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I happen to be a very hard stick and the lab techs at Quest have never had to stick me more than once! I would give them a definite 10 out of 10!! The whole staff is pleasant and kind, quick and courteous.

Long wait and some of the employees are unprofessional due to the overwhelming amount of patients that has to come here due to the other locations closing.
