Avoid coming here at all cost. Been here 3 times for shot records i even called and asked if they were there the woman said yes I got here to find out she had me mixed up with someone else I had to get my sons old school to fax Indiana records to his new school because they apparently dont know how to use a fax machine at the health Dept then pick them up from there get a ride to health Dept again to bring them up there just to sit and wait wait and guess what Im still waiting here as I type this

They were extremely rude and gave me hardly any privacy. They wouldnt answer my questions and kept treating me like i was just a number. I did not feel important to them. I am definitely not going back to this place. And i do not recommend it for anyone!! They need to open the Biloxi location back up. I am currently still in the waiting room. Been here for 2 hours. And was told me here at 1. I came 20 minutes early and still waiting.

Called and this rude attitude ridden desk receptionist told me to come in at 3 30. It was at 2 pm. So i had to sit in my car for 1 30 hours. Went back in and was told to come back on friday.. what are they smoking over there? Worst customer service ever ran by a bunch of idiots. Ill never step foot in there again. They will be reported.

ZERO STARS. if you can avoid using this facility by all means do! NEVER have I been to an establishment whose staff members carry themselves as if you are bothering them... dont bother to call and ask questions. youre better off driving to Hancock County, the staff there is much nicer and 1000× more helpful.

Horrible..I sat for an hour and a half waiting to be called..They have made it where there is one health department per county and it is packed full..this was the worst experience ever...even better about 10 people are standing around doing absolutely nothing at all but talking and laughing, while we all wait

Absolutely terrible experience. They do not even deserve one star. Ive been trying to come up here to get a TB test done for days now and every time they tell me they cant do it, even though Ive been coming before the time theyve been telling me to arrive. Horrible experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in Mississippi from out of town and I needed to get a TB skin test for school. The front desk staff was very rude and I waited over 45 minutes for something that couldve taken 5. The place wasnt even busy.

It doesnt matter if you make an appointment, youll still be waiting for 2 hours or more. You explain to them how you made an appointment to avoid this and they dont care. Theyre supposed to open at 8 AM and they never do.

This a§ holds suck so bad. I really dont like theyre attitudes, or how they act like they have better things to do. Really, if they dont like like working with people, then I shouldnt have to take it!
