If i can give negative star I will! Before their system update they were quick at answering and everything. Now? Now?! Okay lets start with waiting for referal. I waited 3 and a half weeks. Nothing. Called them they said Ill call back like the 25th time already. Literally. Today I called. The "new" receptionist need a to be fired. She said Im new I dont know anything. Over and over again. If you dont I know anything you dont deserve that job. Period. She without getting any of my information said Ill mark you as uegent. Bye. And hung up after I waited on line for 45 min. I called back waited an hour this time. Ask you didnt get my information how are you going to help me? She said hold on for a second okay? hung up on my face! Im an done. Ive been with them for 2 years now. Guess what? Im leaving. Bye!

Great office, most of the staff is friendly... I never have to wait long..BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH GETTING BACK TO YOU, I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT ABOUT LAB RESULTS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME ABOUT. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER DO.. ITS A FREAKIN DOCTORS OFFICE. IF IM CONSTANTLY CALLING OBVIOUSLY IM WORRIED ABOUT MY HEALTH! THEY SAY THE SAME THING EVERY TIME I CALL WHICH IS THEIR SENDING A MSG TO MY DOCTOR SMH EITHER HE DONT CHECK HIS MESSAGES OR HE ISNT RECEIVING ANY... I HATE THAT ITS SUCH A HASSLE TO GET LAB RESULTS! THEY DO NOT SEEM CONSIDERATE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS CONCERNS.. ITS SO FRUSTRATING FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE TO HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION!!

Terrible organization I had two appointments scheduled this week. The first one was for a dermatology checkup and was scheduled for a physical. I didnt find this out until I arrived. The second appointment was for the next day at 2:30. I received a phone call confirming the appointment the day before. I had to take off from work in order to make the appointment and when I arrived they had no idea which doctor I was supposed to see. After examining further the appointment was actually for the next week. Now Ive lost money from not working and will have to schedule yet another appointment. Im never coming back here and would like to warm everyone else before their time gets wasted.

My appointment was at 3:20 I sat there until 4:43 only to find out if I wouldnt have went to the front desk that they switch doctors on me I schedule an appointment with Dr.OH they decided once i got in the office to let me see another doctor without my permission and ignored that i had an appointment telling me they got to fit me in instead of honoring my appointment I will not be going back

Terrible phone communication. Always calling for the social worker and voice mail of hers says she will respond in 24-48 hours I NEVER here back from her and I call them back and ask if shes even in the office all they do is transfer me to her line to only here from the voice mail again I miss Ms. Meka Wren she always returned phone calls they have an habit for hanging up in your face

The first time i called they didnt answer. The second time I called the receptionist didnt let me get a word in and hung up in my face after me being on hold so long. The third time I asked to schedule an appointment and they put me in hold again.

I absolutely agree with all of the negative comments about them getting back to you on whatever paperwork you need. I have never seen a facility so careless & unconcerned about their patients. If I could give no stars I would!!!

This is the first time I went to the doctors office in a very long time. But when I went there 2 Resurrection Health I was pleasantly surprised by the professional atmosphere and the care of the staff there.

I really liked my experience with this facility. Check in was easy, fast, great friendly staff. The nurse practitioner Ball is awesome! I definitely have referred more family and friends to this facility!
