I cannot express how awful this facility is. The staff is rude and uneducated. The patients have zero interaction with licensed staff and are pretty much left to wander around or watch tv. The activities director is the only person who seemed interested in helping the patients. The doctors seemed only concerned with keeping the patient long enough to create a hefty hospital bill. No one helped the patients understand how much the bill would be, or if their insurance would cover such a costly stat. The patient is pretty much there against their will and the staff is often mean and intimidating. This is a horrible place and I would recommend you hire an attorney if you ever find yourself or a loved one locked up in here! Id love to give it, along with Dr. Rao Chalasani, a negative star, neither deserve one star, but I cant post my review otherwise. Beware of these types of "hospitals". Its a money-making venture which profits off those who often do not even understand why they are there. Nobody is getting better, the physicians are just getting richer! Sad, sad sad!!!

DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE. These people have no idea how to run a facility, much less a hospital. My mother was an inpatient here for a week and there were MANY cases when she was neglected medically and emotionally. They repeatedly refused to administer her daily medication for diabetes and thyroid issues. They denied her medicine when she was in excruciating pain. They began the 1-hour family visitation at least 15 minutes late each time, yet they cut visitation off sharply at the designated end time. Moreover, they ignored the doctors orders to release her and kept her longer because they had failed to complete paperwork. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS "HOSPITAL."

Be very mindful of some of the Staff at this place my mother was a patient here I went in for a Saturday visit 60% staff was rude and loud their main concern was sitting down watching tv and talking loud during visitation it was a mad house this poor staff member had to keep redirecting the patients and watch the visitors at the same time she went beyond and out of her way to comfort my mother during her stay here in time of need Thanks Ms Z You are much appreciated wishing you the best of Luck

Alot of the staff rude. Very rude. Place is dirty and noone ever cleans anything. some Patience there need to be in a more structured mementmentalhospital not behavior health. I did not feel safe at all. I could go on but you get the picture. I will never go back there again.
