North Point should have Entry of the Gladiators/Thunder & Blazes as their hold music so people get an idea of the bafoonery levels they are about to experience from the staff*. I just got an email that the Rx I have been waiting for for now 5 days was sent to a pharmacy IN LAS VEGAS (instead of my listed local pharmacy) and they were unable to get a response for authorization. North Point is now closed for the weekend, so now even that avenue of relief is on hold for a minimum of another 3 days. Good thing, its just a painful infection and not something I might be dying from /sarcasm. Not impressed whatsoever. *Not a critique of Dr. Dean but where did the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ competent staff go?

This has been the worst experience ever. Needed a prescription faxed, been out of meds for over 2 weeks and when asked, its like Im a problem now or Im bothering them. Wow!!! Still sick, in pain, and seeking a new physician. I would love to know what happened to this place. No compassionate but bill paid in full.

A wonderful facility but the staff in the front are the most unfriendly young girls . They must hate people or their jobs. No greeting , nod, smile, nothing when you walk in .
