I would not recommend this office to anyone. I came to this office for my yearly check up and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was not called back until an hour later. I was already late for work so I did not request any additional tests and only received a pap smear. Three months later I received a bill from their clinical lab in Austin for tests that I did NOT request. I contacted Dr. Bucherts office and billing office, both of which said they would look into the matter and correct it. About a month ago, I began receiving calls from a collection agency for $112 dollars due to the lab. I contacted Dr. Bucherts office again and spoke to the office manager. In two weeks after hearing nothing back, I had to call her to follow up. This time she was extremely rude. She consistently talked down to me as she explained the situation. Ultimately, I am responsible for tests that I never requested. Today, I received a bill from my insurance that includes the $112 charge with two additional duplicate charges of $160, ALL FOR THE SAME DAY! The entire experience with Dr. Bucherts office manager and billing office has been terrible. As a patient of Dr. Bucherts, they did not treat me with much respect or courtesy. I will never return to this office and do not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other much more organized and polite offices in the area to choose from.

For years I was so sick and suffered from a heap of health problems including joint pain, stomach issues, allergies and severe menstrual pain. I bounced from doctor to doctor and I felt like they all thought I was crazy. All of them wanted to put me on medication and then seemed mad at me when I would return to their office and say it didnt work. I was in and out of the orthopedics office with different joint pain. Every time, I was told i was extremely inflamed and I had tendinitis. I went 2 months without being able to bend a finger on my right hand because the inflammation was so bad. I spent several months with a boot on my left foot because I had tendinitis so badly. I started my own research and began eating healthy. That helped A LOT but everything I read suggested something different. I knew I needed a doctor who was willing to try to treat me with diet. I am so lucky I found Dr. Buchert. She drew up labs and really dug into my health. She did exploratory surgery to rule out an illness I was told I had by other doctors. It turns out I didnt have it! I have only been working with Dr. Buchert and her team for about three months and I can honestly say they have changed my life. If you are willing to put in the work, you will not regret it.

for every appointment i had to wait at least 1 or 2 hours and the time the Dr. Buchert spent with me was only 2 minutes the most i feel like she doesnt want to really know how you been doing with the pregnancy, but just receive as many patience as she can, After been with her for 9.months through my pregnancy she was not the day I had my baby and after 2 weeks for my first postpartum appointment she didnt even ask me how it goes or how was I feeling she just look at my scar and let me go the appointment only last for 2 minutes after I had a really bad labor which lasted for 15 hours and ended up having a c-section and my baby and i got fever due to many of hours of broken water! why she let that happen?? i dont know

After bouncing around from OBGYN to OBGYN it is refreshing to find a doctor who listens carefully and is respectful of everyone who walks through her doors. As the mother of two girls, Dr Buchert has always listened to my concerns during pregnancy and reassured me every step of the way. My pregnancy years are behind me and Dr. Buchert is now working to make me a stronger and healthier woman for myself and my family. Having a doctor who can bridge the gap from before kids all the way through menopause eventually and makes me accountable for staying a healthy woman along the way is a rare find indeed.
