Where do i start? Met with a new psychiatrist who told me i had no options for meds for my autistic and ADHD son as she pounted her fists on the table making a "row" of all the meds hes tried.... She "shut me up" several times so she could speak. She was disrespectful to my son and angry that he couldnt sit in a waiting room by himself. He couldnt make it to an appointment and I told them he would not be there; she cut off refills for his prescriptions! YES you read that correctly... CUT HIM OFF.... NO REFILLS until we get in to see her again. She has to have her 15 minutes and get a paycheck before she will give my autistic son his medication... RIDICULOUS!!!! Shes only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays and NEVER takes phone calls. Her nurse isnt helpful either! So now its a week and no meds, son is in crisis, no one returns phone calls, appointment isnt for another 8 days.... how many more days does my son have to go thru HELL without meds before a doctor over there will CARE? Cant wait to get another 90 days of meds and find a doctor who cares more about their patients than their bank account. His pediatrician at Crider will not go "over the psychiatrist" to refill his prescriptions! Crider Center is pretty much a joke when it comes to medical care for my kid with special needs! AND if you dont have insurance, plan on spending hundreds of dollars!

When I talked to them on the phone initially I gave them my information and was told my copay would be anywhere from $20-40. I get there and fill out the paperwork to be told its going be $195 for the first visit and $115 for each visit after that (I am a full time college student without insurance); I was also told that this would include labs and other basic tests. Sounded a bit strange to me because I know there is no way they are eating the costs of tests for patients without insurance. So just to be sure, when I went in for the appointment I asked again and find out that NO, not a single lab or test is going to be covered under that insanely high copay. I continuously received different answers to the same questions from every office member that I spoke to. Additionally, I was 15 minutes late and could not be seen. I could not make another appointment for an additional 3 weeks after already waiting 1.5 months to get this one. Yes that is my fault but being told Im SOL for being 15 minutes late is more than a little frustrating after waiting this long. Avoid this place. I will never go back.

EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO LEAVE YOU ALONE, THEY PERSIST WITH THEIR "HELP" THAT REALLY IS NOTHING MORE THAN BLEEDING YOUR INSURANCE. MY PERSONAL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN SOOOOOO VIOLATED, REPEATEDLY AND NOTHING I SAY OR DO SEEMS TO MATTER. MY DESIRE IS IGNORED. HEAR THIS CRIDER, GET THE HECK OUT OF MY LIFE AND STAY OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i want everyone to know that crider is the Worst care center for kids and teens! they treat them horribly especially the mentally dissabled children its a disgrace to see these kids be treated which such little respect, the employees paint on a fake smile for the parents and when the parents arent looking well you get the gist of what im saying. i would rate it no stars!

Absolutely hate Crider their psychiatrists are horrible my Crider worker Titus Tubb also horrible he interrogated me about relationships and anger issues he made me extremely angry extremely uncomfortable and I dont get angry often thanks for nothing Crider Titus is always late to my rcf and always has excuses Im very disappointed

Dont bother unless you have insurance or Medicaid. I was told theres no more room for self pay/sliding scale. If I had Medicaid or insurance they could see me? Ive never heard of someone being turned away because they are too poor to be insured, but too rich to have Medicaid.

My son has extreme anxiety and HF Autism. Crider Dental has always given him the patience and respect he has needed to get through a filling or a crown or any other dental work. The staff is amazing and the dentists are the best. I dont know what I would do without them.

My son and I have been going there for years. I absolutely love our psychiatrists and the dentist is so respectful to my special needs child. I wouldnt go any where else.

This place deserves nothing less then 5 stars. Docters and NP Kim are the Best. The dental office is top notch. I am very very grateful for Crider Health Center...

The service when Im there is great but they never answer or return their calls, keep in mind this is during their hours of operation.

If you have insurance Id recommend going somewhere else. If you dont have insurance Id strongly recommend going somewhere else.
