at first i had an appointment with lab-corp and when i got lab-corp i found out that my insurance wouldnt cover the blood work i needed to be done. so i call my insurance and they tell me in order to be 100% covered i have to get my blood work done at quest diagnostics. so i call my closes quest diagnostics no one answers and its all automated and with me missing work to get the blood work done with no time to spare i drive out to the wentzville location hoping i can get in and out really quick when i arrive at the office there was no one sitting at the reception desk i stood there for about maybe 10 minute then finally some one helps me. i told her my situation and she hands me card and says youll have to call or go online to make an appointment and i said okay well since im HERE already can i just make the appointment with you? she says no were to busy and turns around and walks away. complete utter rudeness i wasnt pleased with the service. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
