Disclaimer: This is a review for the Target Optical Shop in the front, not the Optometrist (Dr. Eric Nguyen, who is great by the way) in the back, they are two separate entities. This Optical Shop is absolutely the worst Ive ever visited. The manager (Daryl) has only been there for about 3 months and does not treat his staff or customer with respect. They do not honor their discount labels, and will change their products price willy-nilly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND business with this place based on my horrible experience with them.

Dr. Eric Nguyen is an excellent optometrist and very quick and thorough. My two sons and I had exams performed by him and were very satisfied. Now the actual optical dispensary I would give a 3.5. It is always loud and I noticed a few customers complaining when I ordered my sons contacts. I ordered our glasses through Visonworks in Silverlake Pearland area and have been very satisfied with glasses, services and prices there.

My friend just brought it to my attention about the Annie movie poster is in TARGET in the clothing department. Ok fine but there is SOMETHING very disturbing ABOUT the poster, Annie is a little BLACK girl in the movie. On the poster out clearly shows a little WHITE girl, NNOOOOOO not the original curly head but a long hair TARGET little WHITE girl. LET IT GO PEOPLE RACISM IS A DISGRACE TO EVERY RACE , NOT JUST BLACKS!!!!!

Horrible service from lab that they get the glasses from. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and the glasses should have been ready today. The lab never notified the store that the order could not be completed and the staff had not followed up on the order... horrible service. Will never get glasses from Target again with other low cost options with much faster and more efficient turn around.

I like the optometrist and they always get me in right away. Contacts are usually in stock. They did a great job on my glasses and I have a high prescription. The lenses came out really thin and polished. Been going here for four years.

Dr. Nguen is excellent. The service is fast, efficient and accurate. They are very reasonably priced. I got my contacts prescription without all the extra fees and charges and extra appointments that other providers impose.

They have better deals and the same great price as 1800Contacts. I was really surprised. Plus, if you order them after getting an exam by the Eye Doctor there, you get a discount.

Awful they broke my frame then told me they needed to figure out how to pay me for my frame its been over a week and i still dont have my glasses..

Pretty low quality, I wouldnt say the staff was rude by any means just a low rate clinic...you get what you pay for.
