I wish I could give them no stars. Seriously the WORST office I have ever had the displeasure of being seen at. I had two major issues: 1. the receptionists (ESPECIALLY CHRISTINE) are entirely rude, unprofessional and disorganized. They called me 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and told me that because of computer issues, they werent able to see me that day. Okay... I already took the time off work so I was a little irritated. However they assured me they would do everything they could to accommodate me since it is their responsibility. So, I called back the following morning to schedule another appointment (my prescription ran out the day they cancelled) for the same week, they told me their next available appointment was not for another 3 weeks out! I couldnt wait that long for my prescription, and told them that I had an appointment the day before to take care of everything and that I needed to be seen immediately. Christine then started talking over me and raising her voice as if she didnt need to hear my reasoning or the issue, almost as if to say "the appointment is on the 31st, take it or leave it". I was honestly shocked at her level of rudeness and disrespect. She needs a serious talk from her superiors about what the words "CUSTOMER SERVICE" mean. Ridiculous. My second issue is with Ray Ruiz, a physicians assistant. I wont go into too much detail as it is a little personal, but his bedside manner is nonexistent. He is hard to talk to and almost cold to his patients. Also, I receive a prescription for Adderall (a substance that can be abused if not taken responsibly) which I have received for the last 15 YEARS. I use it as needed and have never shown any patterns of abuse or misuse of the medication. Mr. Ruiz refused to prescribe it to me, insisting that I prove that I have been receiving the medication. UM THATS WHAT MY MEDICAL RECORDS ARE FOR. It was almost as if I was being accused of being a drug abuser and a liar and that is seriously wrong. Dont go to this place. The staff here is a JOKE.

I went to a specialist here for a years old problem last month. Doc asked questions but never told me anything at all. Said she would mail results to me. When results never arrived, I called the office and asked for the results/diagnosis. They said they could not release that info unless I signed a release of info form. I asked them to mail it to me as the office was quite a distance- also asked WHY I wasnt told this while I was THERE and could easily have taken care of it then. I got my answer when forms came in the mail. It clearly stated that once I requested the results/diagnosis, there would be a $15 processing fee plus 25 cents per printed page. Which means, if I want a diagnosis, Im gonna have to PAY, out of my pocket, another $16- A way for docs to make MORE money- and not covered by insurance. So, after all that time and effort, I still dont know what is wrong and whether it can be fixed or not. I have never heard of having to pay for the doc to tell you his findings or send the records to another doctor- this is probably a new scam in the medical field- its outside of insurance coverage and its gonna come out of YOUR pocket.

I have been coming to this clinic for the pass 4 years and it has been an excellent clinic. They have been able to work with my schedule, from office staff are always nice and great you with a nice smile. The nurses are amazing and very understanding. I have had 4 different doctors and they have all been very good. From medication refills to referrals and care. I give this clinic a 5 star but if I could give them more I would. Dr. Marks is my new primary and he is great. Probably one of the best clinics I have ever been. Very clean, everyone acts proffecional and willing to help. I love that they have a 15 min window if you’re running late. Which I have a few times and they usually helped me. But they can always re-schedule me very soon. I like that I can communicate with my Doctor directly via an app I downloaded. I get my labs results and get my medication refill. I highly this clinic.

Drove 45 mins in the pouring rain to have a consultation with a new Pediatrician for my daughter. I waited 6 weeks for this appointment. Unfortunately due to the bad driving conditions I was 10 mins late. The girl helping me at the front desk had a terrible attitude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She first tried to send me to Urgent care which means she had no idea why i was there to begin with, then she said because I was "so" late i would have to reschedule the consultation and wait another 6 weeks. I might be a little understanding of this, however there was not one person in that waiting room, so they were not busy. Not to mention the doctor my daughter had previously in this office was THE WORST. Just a terrible experience from the start.

wow, terrible!! they used to have a decent physician, but he retired. i then left the clinic for another. and to my surprise, a year later i received letters from a collection agency because the clinic issued several bills under my name, with outrageous amounts, without telling me! i had full coverage the entire time and never had any open invoices with them. the best part is that despite not having a working record keeping system, or being organized enough to tell me that they think i should pay something, they did manage to get my social sec. correct on the collections papers. now i have to deal with the sleepy a-holes at the Cal. Biz. Bureau and try not to get my credit ruined. supreme waste of time.

I wish there is an option for NEGATIVE star. I totally agree with the previous yelp review Fai Fu, this is a MEXICAN clinic. Front desk ARMIDA is completely RUDE. Shes VERY impatient & wasnt able resolve the issue. Doesnt know how to handle phone calls & she has a SUPERIOR ATTITUDE & acting like a board passer Cali professional & yet ARMIDAs job is to answer phone calls. ARMIDA was irritated to answer phone calls. All she wants is to COLLECT & WAIT for her paycheck. ARMIDA just do your job as a front desk or QUIT your job & stay at home. Just give it to SOMEONE else who can handle or DO the job.

They have so many employees in the clinic and no one have a clue about their responsibilities. Worse customer care, feel like you just entered a third world country clinic. A Mexican Clinic is much better than this one. Good luck even getting to talk to person via phone. They put you on hold and then disconnect. Even if we get to talk to a person the response is too rude. Are these people really sitting there collecting salary to help clients? If you do no like your job do something else, please dont harass your clients.

Such a waste of time and resources (Im talking about $$) the urgent care is the worst! The doctor seems so burnt out and rude. My primary has a cool attitude but still resorts to preventative care and suggest making a follow up appointment if his preventive recommendation doesnt work. In so over it. Finding a new primary/medical group for myself & family.
