Wow, talk about bad service and rude staff. Today I visited the walk-in clinic and there was a line clear out to the lobby and we could all hear the staff talking no harm in that. I asked one of the receptionist when the would be opening the window she proceeded to tell my that they would not open until 8am and by God it didnt matter if it was 7:59 would not be opening until then and if I had somewhere to be that I should not be at the walk-in because an appointment would take 10 minutes or 30 minutes. I proceeded to tell her that I was aware of the concept and especially if they practiced that way. When I finally got to the window the other receptionist did not even say hi to me. Although Dr. Campos was very polite and explained everything to me I am very dissatisfied over all. Over all not even worth any stars. I work in a health care facility and we try to strive to make our patient happy and feel welcome no matter what.

I had to have my mother in law take my daughter for her appointment because I had to work. As I was reading her patient summary it had a ton of diagnosis on it that the doctor had never discussed with me. Well after looking closer at the paper work I realized it belonged to another patient and the prescription was also not hers. Looks like whoever took the papers off the printer just hand3d over everything without checking names. I am a nurse and understand we get busy, but this is someones personal information. When I called to let them know the next day I was told to just shred the other 2 patients papers like it was no big deal. My daughters prescription wasnt even signed so basically the appointment was a waste of time. The doctor seems to be amazing but front office needs to be more careful. The wait time is also very long (about 2 hours).

I expected better service from Kaweah. Instead my son got lab work here and mysteriously the doctor has never received results. The doctor office can not find them and the Lab person at this place will not return phone calls to us. Went all the way to Kaweah Hospital just to hear yes your son did the lab work but still no one can find the results. Do not who runs this or what is going on. Very unhappy with this place. How do you take someones blood work and not process the necessary test.. worst part this is for a physical that be done before Dec. no help no answers just unanswered questions. Beyond disappointed and irritated I need to take my son back to get them done again. A month and half later nothing I would not recommend using this lab

On a Saturday at the walk-in clinic during flu season, they do not have a doctor working who will see patients under the age of 13. As a clinic, youd think they would understand the importance of a sick child being seen immediately. This has always been the place I take my kids just because of the fact that they employ pediatricians. Im so disappointed in their obvious lack of concern for their young patients. I have had some concerns lately with their administration, but this was last straw. I will definitely be finding a new pediatrician.

Maribel and or other receptionist were customer service was very poor, i felt very rude, unhelpful when i called. For people who struggle with depression, felling world caving in, and nearest clinic to see specialty MD in the central valley, GOD HELP THEM!!! because your in for a suprise when you call for HELP. Only reason i give a star so i can type this, otherwise no star, lets see when i try to see local specialty doctors if its just as bad???? Maybe overworked, still, people struggling to cope with stressers, dont need such attitude.

This is not against my Dr. He does the bast with what hes given. But the office management is awful. They cancelled a follow up appt I had due to my Dr being on vacation that week. They rescheduled me but due to the holidays I had to reschedule again. They tried to schedule me for my Drs vacation dates again. I said no it would have to be later in the month. They then refused to refill my blood pressure meds because I didnt keep my appt. I have never missed an appt. That is NOT Kaweah Care. Very disappointing.

Dr Castillo has poor communication skills. Nurse Andy is rude and condescending..It takes forever to get anything resolved..The staff lacks any kind of compassion.. Mainly the nurse "Andy"..I am so sad for my husband who struggles with depression and now bipolar disorder, that he had no idea he had. Dr never discussed it with him..Dont go to this Dr if u want to get better. It will just make u more depressed..they wont return your calls. So basically u r on your own. Sad..

Long waits, rude office personell, Drs dont listen worth a squirt of piss and rush you out quickly after you wait nearly 2 hours to be seen, Drs prescribe poison, its basically an overbooked welfare clinic, the lady who does the phlebotomy work is very nice and speedy with no pain. I dont recommend anyone go here, I recommend everyone buy a juicer and take your health into your own hands...

I love the doctors for pediatrics but the office workers do not answer the phone in pediatrics and when they do they literally put you on hold for an hour and hang up Ive been calling for two weeks straight to get an appointment and still no answer its very disappointing I can understand having spot of patients but there is no excuses for this.

I have never had a problem with Dr. Borge or his staff. They were always nice and friendly. I had special circumstances with my pregnancy and he took care of me from the start, I never had to worry about anything and I felt confident with all of the decisions that he made. Best ob I have ever had.

The front desk office people were not that friendly. The environment felt very unpleasant. The nurse that attended me was not that friendly. The counselor and doctor were not that understanding!
