Im hesitant to write this because my only complaint would be that its sometimes difficult to get in to see Dr. Downs because hes so busy. The reason for this, I believe, is that hes a really good PCP. Im just hoping this good review wont make him even more busy.

Shes a great dr UNTIL your child gets sick. Had to take my daughter to the hospital to fix something Dr Pat did to my daughter and she has no idea she did anything wrong. She medicates even if she has no idea what is wrong with your child.

The staff is terrible. Advice: escalate to the office manager if you dont get your work done. They dont have empathy or the ability to use judgement to treat cases based on the circumstance. They read off "scripts"

Love this office...I followed my doctor from Porter Ranch shes great. Front office customer service is good I dont have any complaints. Good and fast service. Lab is great! Nurses wonderful as always.

Dr. Kranzpiller is a wonderful doctor. I drive out to Simi because of her. She cares about her patients. I have had no problem with the office staff and nurses.
