Awful. Please never go there. Raging "B" seems to run the place, rude condescending...a person so unhappy with their life they project it into everyone elses to make them feel better. Try giving a urine sample with someone knocking at door multiple times. Totally rude and actually insulting. worse lab experience I ever had by far, and Ive had dozens over my lifetime. I wish I could give it less than 1 star!

Show up for my appointment to a locked door and other people waiting. Had to call the 800 number to find out that no, no worker was there but that "they should be there sometime today." Im sorry, thats not acceptable. You make appointments, you keep appointments.

I have been to Quest numerous times and have never had a problem of any kind. I wouldnt go anywhere else for lab work.
