The tech shuffles between front desk insurance registration and answering phones , then drawing blood as best she is able. Short staffed! 4 people ahead of me and over one hour wait. Had to pee in cup then they make you hold the cup in front of everyone in waiting room until they call you for blood test. However once in inside, the tech was efficient and nice. Not her fault, poor management.

Rude. They wont take you in the order of which you arrive or by appointment. Its who they want to do when. Also, only one person on staff which for so many reasons is ridiculous. Robin needs administrative training in the worst way as well as a lesson in empathy. Go to Quest, Labcorp sucks!

Everyone here is friendly and the wait is very short. I get in and out rather quickly even when theyre busy. Ive been to other places including other labcorp locations and this is by far the best Ive been to. The friendly and helpful staff and doctor make the difference.

Made back to back appointments for me and the hubby. We arrived, had our labs drawn and were both done before both our appointment times! Technician was fast and great! I didnt even feel the needle go in and I watched it!
