Unbelievably slow and packed. I cannot believe that this place has not been shut down. It is 9:11 a.m. just checked in there are roughly 30 chairs in the lobby & every one of them is taken, about five or six people are standing and it smells like half the group forgot to brush their teeth. Very small claustrophobic. I asked how long of a way there is and was told an hour or so. If I were a doctor I would never send my patients to this place A. It makes the Dr. Look like they done care about their patients B. Its dirty and so busy that mistakes have got to happen all the time. The front desk is rude but understandably so. With so many people in such a small place and the potent aroma of arm pits and gingivitis, it would be tough to be a bubbly front desk lady with a Colgate smile.

Ive been to this lab many times since it is the one my insurance will pay for. It always appears, whether it is or not, to be dirty. Staff at front desk are not very friendly, try to get a credit card to have on file, but back down when I refuse and request billing. Lab techs are good, but my overall impression is negative, based on appearance and front desk personnel.

This place is so dirty. Both times I went. The person taking blood didnt have gloves on at first until I told him he had to wear gloves. The first time I went for a drug test the guy taking samples didnt have on gloves!!! The front office woman do nothing but gossip and giggle and ignore you. It amazes me this place isnt shut down by the medical board.

I walked in to an extremely overcrowded waiting room and asked the lady behind the desk if she could check and make sure the faxed lab order has come through so I dont wait an hour, for nothing..She rolled her eyes and strait told me NO she doesnt have time...this place is terrible. Absolutely terrible.

This is the 2nd time i have had to use this lab and they are the most rude and disrespectful. They "lost" my drug test results.. Which in turn put my employment on hold. I absolutely hate the staff and office is so disgusting.

The front desk girls are idiots. Had to remind them to return insurance cards, and when ready to have blood drawn, the girl all but grunted to follow her....very unprofessional. Bad lab.
