Excellent experience at the Churchill Square Quest location. First time to this location, had read the negative reviews... prayed before going, and had an excellent experience! Made appointment online (someone cancelled, I got in quickly and in the morning for a fasting draw). Could see on a monitor how long before I was called, as well as the 15-20 walk-ins who were waiting. None of the walk-ins showed more than 8-10 minutes of wait time before being called. Reminded me of flying stand-by on Delta. Staff was personable and professional - Elizabeth was quick and painless with the blood draw. Arrived at 8:20 am, called back at 8:28, Elizabeth quickly found the docs order in their system, drew 5 vials, I walked out to my car at 8:38. Less than 2 hours later and hardly a mark on my arm. Doesnt get any better than that.

They get zero stars if there was a rating for zero stars. The staff was rude, inconsiderate, and slow. I got there at 10:30 in the morning and didnt get seen until after 1:00. It was for simple blood draw that takes 5mins. All you do there is wait and wait some more. The ladies that got the blood sample was talking down to me and my daughter. Was not good with my daughter who is 7yr old. Was a terrible office with terrible staff, and even worse wait times. I will not be going to this office again. Hopefully in the future another office will be at least more respectful towards their patients.

Had an appointment today at 1:45. Drs office had faxed over the order last Thursday, they said they hadnt received the order. Drs office has proof.. Ill believe the Dr before I believe Quest. Watched the gentleman finger thru some papers and said no order received.. Inside was dirty for being moved to a new location.. Had to make another appointment.. Wouldnt do it there.. Had to be online or call the toll free number.. Wasted morning and half of the day.. Thanks Quest...

People complainging about service need to wake up and join the 21st century. Go on line, make your appointment when you want it and when you get there youll be seen within a few minutes of your appointment time. The staff has always been very courteous and professional. And while I dont like being in a waiting room with a bunch of noisy kids, that is the parents fault, not the facility. The only problem Ive ever had is the lab itself not running the right tests.

The staff is usually pleasant, business like but seldom curt or full of themselves. The VERY FEW staff members who might be unpleasant usually seem to not be so on a later visit. I therefore take it as a bad day which we all have. I go as a patient and often with friends who feel as I do. I have convinced my cranky eighty-one year old aunt to use their services and even she and the their staff get along well. GOOD WORK QUEST!

Waited for an hour and a half for Dr to send over orders for a blood test.. Called Drs office twice they faxed the order twice and was told by Quest they hadnt received anything. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this facility.. Definitely will not be going back.. After reading the comments at other Quest centers sounds like they need revamping.. Unfortunately its the only place insurance will cover..

We had 2 people in our family that needed lab work. We went in the morning with no appointment. It was really busy and we were still out within 45 minutes. Tech & student drawing blood were great. Would have been a 5 star except for the lady who signed us in. The personal conversation she was having with a coworker sounded pleasant & cheerful but she was quite short and rude sounding with me.

Horrible experience here. Had to go twice, because the first time I waited 30 minutes to be told they didnt have my info. The second time the lady called me by a name different than mine, and thought it was funny. Then the phlebotomist took my blood, and blew the vein in my arm. Its been bruised for a week and a half now. Very unprofessional place overall.

Hard to say really. They never answer the telephone. When you get there, the plae is crouded with stinky people and snotty nosed little kids running around and crying. The staff is likewise snotty in general. This is how it went: "Excuse me, could I...? "Just sign in! "..but I need..." "Just sit down! Well call youwhen its your turn!."

They lock their doors at 415. I got there at 415 to drop of lab speciman and they refused to let me in. Maybe should post correct hours online and on the door. Ended having to to hospital to drop specimen which took another hour out of my day. Thank you.

If you go without an appointment you wait FOREVER & EVER!! We asked about appointment - sure, here call the number on this card - ahhh, would be nice if someone answered! To keep this post clean -- this place STINKS as does their service!

I was in and out within 2 hrs. some other places you are there 1/2 the day. Well I guess it depends at what time you go. If AM appointment it not that bad either. Nice and clean. Friendly employees. And they help you fully.

I waited two hours WITH an appointment. I finally asked and girl said she lost my paperwork. Never got an apology. I did get religious proselytizing from the phlebotomist, who seemed a little vague about everything else.

horrible ! the average wait time was 2 hours and 30 minutes ...i waited four ...my dad had to go ask them when it was my turn and then they said i was next ...i saw the sign in sheet and i was skipped ..never coming her again

I waited 3 hours for them to take blood. After you are there 30 minutes they check you in then you sit and wait for 2 and a half hour. And I had to fast at that and if you get up you loss your seat then you stand.

Horrible place, I waited over 2 hrs for a blood test. They call you in to get your information and you have to stand the entire time no chair for the patient to sit. Staff was very unfriendly.

March 1, 2017 I did not have an appointment I arrived at their opening time and I was out of there within 40 minutes. The two female technicians were patient, pleasant and efficient.

Crazy that Saturday cant b an option for getting labs done when most people have to work Monday thru Friday until after their hours!!
