We used to go here when the old vets, Flom and Bell were here; so we "inherited" Dr. Farhart when she bought the practice. Our lab had a sore on his tail which she mishandled badly. She tried covering it with bandages which turned into a liquid, gooey mess. Clearly it needed to air out instead of be covered up. The tail was then amputated because she said it wouldnt heal. When our other dog was examined by her, instead of having us put him on the exam table, she cornered him between my chair and the wall, and he felt threatened by that, and let out a low growl. She then saw his black tongue (normal for his breed) and said "OH he has a black tongue, well have to muzzle him". He has never been aggressive towards people and has never bitten. Every time she saw him, she commented on the black tongue and muzzled him. Needless to say, we changed vets.

Dr. Farhart is the most compassionate and affordable vet I have EVER found. She has years of experience and a very big heart. I will never forget what she did for us and my loving cat Pudding (R.I.P.) I would suggest you go to her for the 1st opinion, as apposed to anyone else. She saw very serious issues that were over looked by Petaluma Cat Hospital as being unremarkable! What they missed, she caught. Previously patronized two local veterinarians who were excellent but too expensive. Each office visit for any of my 3 dogs was usually in excess of $100 easily; without any food purchase. It got to be where I had to decide between a vet visit or providing home care and a wait and see attitude. It was my dog groomer, who recommended Dr. Beth Farhart.

This is the only place I will bring my cat (Buster). Beth Farnhardts attitude and compassion towards animals is amazing. I drive from Santa Rosa whenever Buster needs a shot or check up. She is completely understanding and their prices cant be beat. Buster has a special diet and I buy his food from them every month. They sell it cheaper than anywhere else.

This is a very cool place to bring your fur baby, Dr goraya is awesome, he takes his time in checking your pet, explain details, and gives you options of what you can do. He is a wonderful vet.and the price is unbeatable. I have finally found a vet that I am comfortable with. Thank you Dr goraya
