Horrible Place! Checked in at 8:30 and did not get seen till after their lunch. Lady at front desk took forever to put me in the computer to get seen. Had my daughter with me running fever and not feeling good. Never do business with this company. I had to go because of my job for drug testing and physical. If I had a choice I would never send my employees here.

Too slow!!! Waiting over an hour and still have 5 more before me. Someone with an appointment also had to wait and they are inserting within the walk ins time entrance. Example he had an 8am appointment but they are still taking 7:30 am walk ins so at 9 am he is still needing to wait until they take a few more that walked in at 7:50 am. Worst place ever!!!!

i have been using this Quest Lab for several years. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, they only have to stick me once with no pain or bruising. Since I set up an appointment online, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Worst place to be. Nobody ever answers phone. Im thinking they dont have a secretary. Sat there felt that here nobody cares here. Didnt see area for handicap. So a lady walking back and forth at hall way to calm her mentally ill daughter! Just horrible!

This place is so slow, theyll kill at least an hour of your time. While Im writing this someone just asked a staff member how much longer was her wait. The staff members told her she go to another location just north of here in Kingwood

Excellent if you have an appointment. Good if you walk in. The staff work very hard to get you in and out but there are just so many people needing lab work I wonder sometimes how they do it. Keep up the good work.

Getting an promotion at work so i had to take my drug test in order to get it. I was in and out the building in all of 20 minutes still had time to make it to work by 8:00

Friendly, polite,professional and fast! I took my 1 week old baby for blood work and the lady got her on the first try. They know what theyre doing! :)

They are always busy, make an appointment and you will be in and out. Some complain about being slow, so make an appointment and youre in and out.
