My doctor is excellent he cares listens and i feel im not treated like cattle being pushed thru with focus on money. Appointments are on time rarely have i had to wait, he is a rare dr for these times. I respect n appreciate him. ive been a patient for yrs. Dr Dogramji (phanetic spelling) is who i speak of. Monday, dec 19 I did have 1 incident after leaving a msg on nuses/provider line. When i got home i realized one prescription needed adjustments. I knew it needed to be replaced replacement thru no fault of my own; i left a msg as soon as i was home. When the staff returned my call around 4:00pm. or so she was not nice. She spoke at me not to me, she needs to learn that her bad day can not be reflected on patients who have nothing to do with her anger. Most importantly we are the people paying her salary. If she choses to have such little patience (no pun intended) maybe she needs to look for another career. Nursing is a compassionate career. This day I learned this woman had no control over her emotions and may need to consider learning how to seperate professional from personal...i certainly did not appreciate her tone or having to speak to her. . I CRIED after i got off the phone. I was spoken to in a manner that left me feeling i was being scolded, disrespectful, clueless, stupid, immature. Im 60 yrs old young lady you need to learn control. Next time ILL FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR OR MAKE A POINT TO SPEAK TO HER DIRECTLY. Then file a complaint. WHEN CHRONIC PAIN invades ones life the last thing one needs is a nurse speaking to you like ur a distrusted patient held to a lower than her standard. The worst practice I have ever been to. The receptionists are rude and will not even look up from their computers when you check in. I brought them immunozation paperwork for school to fill out and check over to make sure there was nothing else I needed, which they clearly did not due. I came back to pick up the paperwork (they had weeks to fill it out) and they told me I had to come back the next day. When i came back (again) they literally just stapled my entire medical history to the back instead of filling it out. Again I had to ask them to look at the forms and fill it out and instead they printed off the list of all the vaccines I had. I figured after all those tries that it would have to make due. Well like I said they clearly did not even look at the form because when I tried to submit it to my school there were vaccines that I still had to get. I did not understand most of the technical terms for the vaccines which is why I asked them to look at it and tell me what I needed. When I went in to get a TB test, they tolf me that I had to go over to their other office to get it checked two days later. When i went to the other office they were astonished because they had not even put that I got the TB test in the computer and almost would not sign off on my results because they could not confirm that I even had the test. What should have taken two visits max ended being over a month of constant issues and attitudes. Would never recommend anyone go to this practice.

The women at the desk are always grumpy, impatient and SO rude, I feel awkward every time I go there because of them. Ive seen Dr. Dogramji for 5 years now and after many unresolved answers, I met Dr. Ruth. Dr Ruth was really nice but still, not very helpful. Dr. Dogramhji is very rude, condescending and spends a max of 5 minutes with his patients. I literally heard him take a call and say "Ill call you back in less than 5" before he walked in my room. Every time I leave there, I have a new sample drug for a problem I didnt come with, and the problem I was there for he calls nothing Like, Oh? Lower abdominal pain is nothing? Well, As of today, I signed my med records and will never look back. IF YOU WANT A DOCTORS OFFICE THAT CARES MORE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH THAN MONEY - DO NOT COME HERE! (and the first year was great.. its after the first year they went down hill, fast.) Good luck!

My family and I have been using this facility since I was a child and my experiences are almost always positive. The nurses are very caring and knowledgeable and my doctor is excellent. She always is kind and has great ideas, I always leave with a sense of confidence that I received great care. I would recommend early morning appointments because that is when you are most likely to have an on time or even early appointment. Great care provider, would recommend to anyone.

The doctor asked me what I should do about my symptoms when addressing concernes. Ive been here so many times and have had help 1/5 times. The rest of the times no tests were taken, I was given the wrong antibiotics, eventually had to go see another specialist or to the ER because the help I was given was useless.

Excellent doctors, all of them, expecially Dr. Paul. If you ever wanted to find that special doctor who can really be there for you and take care of you, he is the one. The staff is courtious, kind, sensitive, and makes the experience at the office the best that can be.
