The eye doctor was professional and polite as was the woman that went through my glasses order at the time of the order. But my glasses took a 3 weeks to come in, and my old pair was broken. I had to call several times to Follow up. When they finally came in the woman at the front desk were rude. They basically just handed them to me and sent me in my way. No one offered to help me fit them -- every place before has-- and when I asked if they had the anti glare--because they look really reflective her response was "I have no idea." I had to them ask to speak to someone who did have some idea. She looked at the paper said "yes"- and put the paper away. Overall left the place feeling like I did not get the glasses I wanted and that they didnt really care. I think the front deck needs some additional customer service training. Great for an eye exam, but go order your glasses from lenses crafters.

The optometrists that work here are fine. The support staff is sadly lacking. My wife recently went for an eye exam, having made an appointment in advance obviously. When she arrived they had no record of it and made it out to be her fault somehow....so they worked her in. She ordered two pairs of glasses. They never called to tell us when any of the glasses were ready, and, when she finally received a positive response on the sunglasses, it had been, no lie, six weeks since the time of the order. I went to pick them up at at literally one minute after 5 PM and they refused to talk to me or even open the door. My plan is to take our business elsewhere. Life is too short to subject yourself to such poor service and people who obviously dont care.

I have been a customer at Jones Eyecare for over a year now. These guys are super nice and always take the time with me to help pic my frames (even when im indecisive). I live in Olive Branch, and drive all the way to Germantown because I know they are gonna take care of me. I get an eye exam yearly and I have never had a pair of glasses that had my true prescription dead on like they did!! Courtney is they guy that always helps me and he is knowledgeable & patient. If you think the service hear sucks, then you must be a complete jerk.

I love Jones Eyecare! Everybody there is so kind and works with your budget. I discussed my concerns about my vision with Dr. Jones, and not only did he call me in prescription eye drops for my allergies, but he recommended a new kind of lens that will make my hours of staring at a computer easier on my eyes! I like their strong online presence, like being able to fill in paperwork and send it in via email, which saves time when youre going on your lunch break. Five stars from me!

I read some of the other reviews on Dr. Jones and I am shocked as I had the complete opposite experience. My good friend recommended Jones Eyecare as she has been seeing Dr. Jones for over 2 years and has only positive things to say. His staff was professional and kind and with me and 2 young children as well. Dr. Jones was thorough, professional and yet was fun and playful with my kids. I recommended him to my 76 year old Mom, who now adores him.

Fast service, very personal treatment. You are definitely treated as an individual not just a file number. Dr. Jones is very thorough, providing quality care and offering optional care treatments not covered by your insurance, no hard sale just presents you with optional care. Large selection of eye ware and again all price ranges represented, but no hard sale or up selling as I have experienced with other practitioners. Highly Recommend

Dr. Jones is an Awesome eye doctor and his staff are very friendly and do their job well. I have gone there with my whole family and each time we all have had a great experience. I would highly suggest Jones Eye care.

Mellisa is pretty good, but the receptionist (the one with short blond hair) could use a lesson in manners. Overall, I preferred it better when Dr. Stringer owned the place.
