This was the first time that I had gone to Clarkson Eyecare and I am glad to say that it will by my last. I went in for an exam, ordered a 6-month supply of contacts and was told that they would be sent to my address when they came in. A month goes by and still no contacts. I was never called to say that the order had come in. This is extremely disappointing because the insurance had already been billed and I never received the product. They seem far more interested in getting you set up with a new pair of mediocre frames and lenses than actually getting you the item you ordered. Avoid this place if at all necessary!

I have nothing but great experience with Clarkson Eyecare. I moved from the other side of the river to Edwardsville, and was so glad they had a Clarkson Eyecare right near my house. I had my first appointment and the doc was nice. I spoke to someone at length about my options for glasses since I didnt have have vision insurance at the time. They have a whole bunch priced at under $130! They were helpful, friendly, and professional. Recommend.

I have always had a good experience with Clarkson Eyecare! I wear contact lenses and always receive them within a couple of days after ordering - mailed directly to my house. The only thing I will say is that I wish they would write on the receipt what my prescription is because when I receive the lenses, they arent marked "L" or "R" so I have to call in and ask which is eye is what.

Ive always received wonderful help from any Clarkson location and Dr. Baker in the Edwardsville office really takes his time and makes sure he sees the whole picture. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Baker.

A nose pad for my photo-chromatic eyewear wore off. Rebecca (Becca) installed a pair of new nose pads without hesitation and cleaned the lenses for me. I am a customer, but these glasses were purchased elsewhere years ago. Thank you, Becca!
