Yesterday was my first experience at All About Eyes. I needed my prescription filled, and it was only my second ever time getting glasses. My mom and I walked in and were greeted by Brittany N, who had helped us over the phone before our visit. Brittany took some time to ask what I was looking for, and then showed me all of the options available, making suggestions and helping me pick out a pair that was best for me. She helped me to find new and exciting options a little outside of just what I was used to and comfortable with. After narrowing it down to a few final options, Brittany sat down with us and explained what insurance would cover and reviewed lens options. All About Eyes has a great atmosphere and a fun, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend visiting them and letting them help you find your next pair of glasses!! So much better than just what is offered at the traditional eye doctor, especially because of the outstanding service.

2/2017: The staff at All About Eyes Edwardsville location is always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brittany N. was especially helpful in answering all of the questions I had and helping me find the perfect glasses for me! She was so friendly and patient and a friendly face I look forward to seeing in the future! Thanks Brittany!! 4/2017: I went in to the Edwardsville location again to pick up contacts and to buy a new pair of RX sunglasses. Leah was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and answered all questions that I had for her. Thank you Leah for helping me find the most perfect sunglasses and for taking care of my contact order! The Edwardsville team is awesome!

Chris has been a great representative for AAE. We have double insurance and every single employee bills it wrong to where I have to contact corporate. He has learned about the two and now it is an ease to go there. I actually look forward to going, if he is there.He took extra time to call corporate and figure out the double insurance coverage. The fault is at corporate for not having a system that you can put two insurances in. That would fix all headaches, and having all employees learn how to handle two insurances. Chris took the time and patience to do so. He will keep us coming back, other wise we would of been elsewhere.

I was able to get an appointment for an eye exam the day I called. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by employee Leah. She was with me from start to finish. After choosing frames she did figures for using insurance or using their special, which was buy one get one free. I needed new sunglasses so I went with the special. She was very patient helping me to pick out new glasses - theres so many to choose from! The optometrist Dr. Sobieralski was friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the eye exam. The store is clean and nicely decorated. My experience was pleasant from beginning to end.

I have been trying to find an affordable place to get my prescription filled. I had already been in a few places and was barely acknowledged. Happened to see All about eyes while driving and pulled in. I was greeted promptly, told them what I needed. I was asked about insurance and my needs. The staff quickly looked up my coverage and were helpful in finding frames that fit my needs and looked good on me. The price quoted was half what I was looking at elsewhere and that is with all of the special coatings. I should have my new glasses in a week.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Karl, Leah, and Courtney were all fantastic. Karl pulled pricing information and insurance coverage before I was even out of my appointment. Leah and Courtney also kept me entertained while Karl pulled more information on other brands for me. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. They even give you a contact AND glasses prescription instead of just one like other places I have been to. Ive never had such a wonderful experience with an eye appointment before!

This place is the best!! Dr. Brett Sobierlaski is the nicest and best eye doctor I have ever had in 25 years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Leah was doing my air test and all that stuff while my four year old son was being a rude little monster! She was very sweet and carried him a chair over that made him happy and he quieted down. I understand how unruly children can be super annoying but it happens every once in awhile and it was refreshing to know that she understood and didnt bat an eye.

Over the past month or so, Ive visited this location 4 times and worked with them over the phone once. Each time the staff has been extremely professional. The team has done a great job of making sure the customer is 100% satisfied, which goes a long way to building customer loyalty. As long as live in the area, I will be a customer of this location, and would consider All About Eyes as my first choice of provider when in need. I am so glad I changed to All About Eyes! The office is open and modern, unlike other places I have been that are gloomy doctors offices. I did not have to do any waiting. I would highly recommend this place anyone. Karl and Dr. Brett were both extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to answer any questions I had. I have been bringing my kids here for their eye exams for a few years and I have been so pleased with the service here that I decided to switch for myself. I only wish I did it sooner :)

I was long overdue for an eye appt and they were able to schedule me in very quickly. It was great to be greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked into the office. Dr Brett was very kind and efficient during the exam. Karl helped me post exam and helped explain what coverage I had with my insurance. He was great at answering all of my semi-annoying questions! I will definitely continue to use this All About Eyes location, thanks to the staff for making it a great experience.

My husband and I were at the Edwardsville, IL location and ordered several pairs of glasses and had a wonderful experience. The person (Meg T.) that helped us was so patient and helpful. She was able to find glass frames that were exactly what my husband wanted plus was able to suggest sunglasses that were a little trendy and different that my husband liked. We told him he looked like a chick magnet, even though he is in his 70s (ha). We certainly will be return customers.

I was impressed with the eye exam by Dr Brett . When discussing my family history he suggested to come back in a couple weeks to make sure I get a dilated exam. When picking out my eye glasses, initially the optician pulled the incorrect insurance information which had a significantly higher out of pocket cost for me, however Leah was able to correct the mistake. I ordered my glasses and I will be bringing in my current prescription sunglasses to update the lenses.
