The eye doctor is great and caring. The staff is horrible. They told me my glasses would be ready in a week but now its been almost two weeks and they were super rude abt it. I almost cancelled my glasses and got a refund because theyre so rude but I really need my glasses and already paid a lot of money El oculista es muy amigable y super profesional, pero una de las chicas del staff es muy ruda se comporta como si fuera el servicio gratis, las otras dos chicas son muy lindas, y espere 2 semanas para poder tener mis lentes, casi cancelo la orden y regreso los lentes porque su comportamiento es muy desagradable, pero ya los pague y son muy costosos, cuando el staff sea realmente profesional les doy 5 estrellas!

I have tried calling Preston Eye Center for three weeks now. They never answer their phone. Over a month or longer ago I called they answered after I called five times. The staff didnt care my medical benefits are almost ending. She didnt even try to look to see if anyone was going to cancel or offer to be put on a call list. I like the doctor he is great when you can make a appointment. He is very caring and helpful. He needs to change his staff. I have to go in person if I want to make a appointment. The only reason why I tolerate his staff is because I think he is a very good doctor. Im not sure if I will keep trying to make a appointment or just find another doctor.

Ive been using them for several years, mainly because I never got around to figuring out where else my insurance worked, so I can base this review on quite some experience. They NEVER answer their phone, they are rude on the phone and in person and treat you like an idiot if youre unsure what your insurance covers, I swear to god every time I need to call or visit etc they are at a meeting or lunch or are moving their business (possibly just my luck). The optometrist however is very friendly and is great but he could use staff with more of an customer service attitude. Now that Ive finally found other places my insurance covers, Ill never ever go back.

Everytime you ask the staff any questions youre ruining or interrupting their day. I almost cancelled my glasses and got a refund because theyre so rude but I really need my glasses and already paid a lot of money and Im sure theyd make that experience s nightmare too. Go to Walmart or anywhere else youll have a better experience. Ive never had a bad experience before at a eye center.

Dr Le is great! I used zocdoc to schedule our appointments and check in. His assistants were friendly and helpful. No wait for any of our appointments. All were set within 24 hours. Glasses came in within the stated time, in nice hard cases, with cleaner and a cloth. Well definitely continue going there!

Seemed rushed even though no one else was there. Prescription was incorrect. One contact prescription was severely blurrier than the other. Would not recommend.
