HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Did I say, HORRIBLE! I went there to get my annual glasses, and they are now under new managment (MY Eye DR.). I was late being seen, which made me subsequently late leaving, which apparently annoyed the young lady there, who just happened to be the manager (I found out later on the next day). She was not helpful at all, and offered no assistance until there was a possible problem, then she interjected just to be rude and more unhelpful. Well, over 2 months later; 5 trips back and forth; several mistakes and corrections, I still did not get a satsifactory/correct pair of glasses that did not give me headaches. And the big reward after filing a complaint to corporate was we will refund your money and you can start all over somewhere else. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, deal with this company again. Did I say NEVER!!!!!!!!!!. I have be getting glasses annually for the past 28 years, and have never had this problem. Completely dissapointed & frustrated. Even there complaint center was a joke.

I am new to town and this was my first time at this location and I definitely plan on returning. When I arrived everyone was very pleasant. The girl at the front desk, Shawn, did my pre test and she was very nice and told me about best places to eat in town. When I was waiting to be taken back with the doctor, the manager Michelle came up and offered me coffee or tea and then helped me to start browsing for frames. My total time was about an hour from start to finish. I just picked up my glasses and I absolutely LOVE them!! I have already had compliments on them:)

Friendly and professional!! I got first class treatment from start to finish. The doctor was fast but thorough, I didnt feel rushed through. Then the staff out front helped me pick out frames that not only looked great but fit my budget. Then they walked me through all the lens options making sure I got exactly what needed and what I wanted. I LOVE my new glasses! My wife loves how I look, I love how I see! Very thoughtful, very professional, I highly recommend!!!
