I am extremely big on customer service and everything from the exam to picking out frames was excellent service at Pasadena Eye Care. Dr. Kevin Iskandar was thorough with his exam and took the time to listen to my MANY concerns and explain my eye issues. The staff was extremely helpful in my frame selection. Even when I changed my mind on my original selection after the fact, the Manager Martin Blake gladly took care of everything and went above and beyond to ensure I LOVE my new pair of glasses. I will always come here for my glasses and send everyone I know here! Thanks again!!!

I had cataract surgery by Dr Hall, wrong lens power went into the initial procedure (right eye), correct lens power went into the 2nd procedure (left eye) - I was told - they learned to put in the right lens from the 1st procedure; now I have to always wear expensive glasses instead of just for reading. I went in for a follow up visit 2 years later and was charged $300. I refused to pay it, now its with a collection agency and on my credit report, I offered Pasadena Eye Center half the amount and was told “no, you have to pay the whole thing" . PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

The eye doctor is very nice and the eye exams went well for my kids. However we have still not received the glasses for either of them even though the time frame to receive them that they gave me has passed. I also have still not received a call back about where they are because I had to call them to see what was going on. I would advise people to order their glasses somewhere else. That is if you want them on time.

The eye refraction, contact lens exam by Dr. I was relaxed, professional and fast. Martin Blake, the owner/manager is helpful, personable and informative. I found the prices for my new style frames and lenses and contacts to be great. All of this being said, I highly recommend Pasadena Eye Care for all of your family members.
