Having worked in customer service, I can say that the people at the front desk are great. One of them knows me by name, and its not like Im there that often. Shes also just a sweet person. I havent met anyone in the staff that was rude or mean, in any way. One person in the comment section here spoke of Dr. Jones. I dont know her personally, but she has worked on me and my wife. She did a good job. She tries to hide the needle for patients getting local anesthesia, and shes good about giving enough to prevent ad much pain as can. She knows her craft, and shes quick. Lets face it, they know that no one wants to go to the dentist. They know we want to be gone quickly. She does her craft and she does it well. She strikes up conversation when possible, what more do you want from a dentist? Yes, she doesnt give pain meds out a lot, but i wouldnt blame this outright on her. Oregon in general is going through an Opioid problem. People abuse the medication too much and we all suffer for it. In reality you dont need that much.My wife had two wisdom teeth pulled, same day. Less then an hour (about 45 min). No pain medication, nothing. She took some ibuprofen to reduce swelling the next two days, that was all. For something that could have been painful, they made it as painless as they could. I give her, and the staff, 5 stars. For kindness, being friendly, mastery of her craft, and her speed.

Horrific! Trusted Dr. Emily Jones, was sent home after sudden extraction of teeth. She was rude and not compassionate, a very traumatic experience. Then not given antibiotics or pain medication, sent home to suffer. So, then next day she wants me to drive back to get the medicine we argued about day before. Waiting for another office to open, will not let her EVER touch my mouth again. I have every complaint imaginable at this point. I also believe ONLY review made besides mine has to be someone from there. She is the most inhumane and unprofessional Dentist ever. One star is for her staff ONLY #StillSuffering #OtherDentistFixingHerMistakes

Had an infected tooth pulled. 3 days later my gums were turning green call advantage only to learn all the dentists had called in that day so thete was nobody in the office. On call dentist called mw back after an hour and a half told me it was just dead tissue and it should be fine then told me it was dry socket and needed to drive to corvallis. Ended up going to ER to find that i had a sever bacterial infection and that had i waited any longer i would be looking at a lengthy hospital stay. Will not be going back nor would i recommend them to others.

The whole staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and caring! They try their hardest to get you in as fast as possible if you are in pain. Best dentist ive been too in some time. I highly reccomend them.
