PROBLEM Concerning my 5 year olds $2,000 dentist bill after insurance coverage. I called to request my sons dental records and the gentleman at the front desk was very nasty with me. When he and I last spoke he was very nice and understanding as to why I needed the records. However after taking my son to his doctor for his regular check-up I spoke with him about the work my son who is 5 years old needed and the doctor replied wait and have Aaron Kurt pediatrician in the KCMO send me his records. Which I did. My doctors office ask me to call and check on the records which I wish I had not done because how I feel now about Aaron Kurt pediatrician in the KCMO is that I will never recommend any family, friends or co-worker to this dentist office. I was spoken to very nasty and my questions were answered very quick and short. I asked if his day was going well and that still made matter worse. Its cray how the front desk help and the dentist himself are ok with him speaking to a paying not MEDICAID customer. I work had and just want the respect that I give my customer when I answer my phone at my desk. FEEDBACK: In the future please answer each call as if it was your first call of the day " Hello how can I be of assistance to you today"!!!!!!!!! WANTED: a dentist office with nice front desk personnel every day for 2 boys!!!!
