My first experiences here were pleasant but I have since changed my opinion. I had to have a root canal and a crown done and also had to wait a few months because of the waiting period on my insurance so I did that. The root canal was done in December and the cap was done in March. As it turns out my insurance did not renew so when I got my services done in march I had ZERO insurance. I wasnt aware of this, and yes this was partially my fault, but offices generally call the insurance company to check on benefits to avoid this kind of trouble. They didnt call so I had the services done thinking I had insurance. After receiving bills stating I owed a lot more money than estimated I called my dental insurance and the marketplace and thats when I found out my insurance hadnt renewed. They had also billed my insurance company in December (when they did the root canal) for the crown, which they hadnt done (I received it in march because of the waiting period). So my insurance was under the impression that I hadnt done the waiting period and wouldnt pay. So I had to explain to them that I had not received the crown until march and had waited as I was supposed to. It didnt matter in the end because my insurance didnt renew but I am very dissatisfied with how they handled this matter. I called multiple times asking them to process the claim and talk to my insurance company (because at the time I hadnt found out yet that my insurance hadnt renewed) and they continued to tell me to give them another month because claims take about a month to be processed. When I would call to check up on that, they told me it had never been done so I would need to give them another month. So I did. Then it happened a 3rd time. I spoke to a receptionist over the phone and she told me that they had fired most of the staff that was present back in December because they hadnt been doing their jobs. So every time I called I had to tell them the whole story to someone new because the previous staff hadnt left any notes on file regarding my phone calls. So after months of trying to get My Dentist to do their jobs, now, I get to pay for the full cost of the crown. I plan on seeing a different dentist. Dont come here. One last thing, Osha, a dental assistant, was fantastic and I hope she continues to better herself. She has nothing to do with my terrible experience. Thank you Osha!

In a word ...Horrible!! I had a 2 p.m. appointment. I got there at 10 minutes before 2. At 2:30, I was still in the waiting room. Finally got an x-ray and put back in a room. At 2:43 I asked when I would be seeing the dentist to pull my tooth. I was told a couple of times they werent sure but, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. At 3:30 the dentist finally started the process of pulling my tooth. While I was waiting for the dentist, the front desk person actually came back and told me how much the extraction would be and asked me to pay for it in advance of treatment!!! What??? I told him no and asked if I was going to get a discount for still waiting over an hour for a previously scheduled appointment. He came back with a negative reply and suggested I could go elsewhere. I will from now on!! The office knew before I came in they only had one dentist and were running late. They could have called me and advised me they were running late or, at the very least, told me when I came in the office that they were running late.

They lied and said I needed a root canal on a tooth I chipped. When I told them they where they were not doing a root canal and only a crown they charged my insurance and credit card for the root canal good thing I payed with a credit card I disputed the charges and they were reversed for the root canal. That woman laughed at me when I told her I wanted to pay cash for the work done on my teeth and when I didnt have enough money to pay cash because they told me it was less than I ended up paying they issued me a care credit card and I seem to have the same amount of credit as I needed in Dental work in their opinion about $10,000 worth. They imagine up work so they can make money! I will never go there again! Run run for your teeth theyre the worst dentist Ive ever been to in my life. Both of my crowns fell off with in days that they did and I have never had that happen before.

I hated going to the dentist, but I was in a lot of pain and had no choice and walk-in. I had to have several root canals and crowns. Dr. Sarah Brent & Asha were wonderful they made sure I was comfortable. Asha and Stacey are my favorite people. They always make me welcomed & because of them I enjoy coming to my appointments. Most impotantly theyve helped get my smile right. Front staff is also awesome theyre attentive and super nice. I highly recommend My Dentist.

I had the worst experience, made the worst mistake of my life in going to this office to have dental work done. This place had the reputation of a factory. Had a root canal done and three months later had to have the tooth extracted, due to infection. Should have gone to a professional office. They dont care about patient care, only concern is the money. Wont ever advise anyone else to go there.

Both of the dentist that i have seen here were great. I have had a root canal, crown and cavity fillings done here.. I DID NOT FEEL ANY OF IT. these guys are very personable and get it done right. They were able to put a rush on my crown so that i ci uld get it done before my insurance expired. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Ask for Dr. Weber. Or as i called him "soft hands Weber"

DO NOT TRUST LIKE I DID! Run far and run fast! I was a customer at My Dentist for years. During my time I always had perfect teeth and then suddenly a had to get a root canal. Like a fool I believed them, but when I moved away I inquired about the operation they performed on me with another dentist... They stole my tooth for an extra bit of cash. I repeat, DO NOT TRUST!!!

Everyone hates going to the dentist, but My Dentist in Grandview was great! Dr. Brent and Asha have the best bed side manner and made me feel at ease the entire time of my procedures. I would recommend this dental office to my fellow employees, friends, and family! 5 star treatment all the way!

I had to have several root canals and crowns. Dr. Sarah Brent was wonderful she made sure I was comfortable. We laughed and joked, I felt like family. The Dental Asst. Asha Zaheed was great. The front office staff, real nice. I would recommend My Dentist to anyone.

Ive only gone twice but the reception was really nice and sincere while my dentist was very interactive with me making the experience pain-free and obviously got me going back again lol (I even signed my husband up for an appointment!)
