DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went to Valley Eye Associates just over a year ago. My insurance, and every insurance I ever had, pays for an eye exam every two years. Up until today this wasnt a problem. I have a low prescription that hasnt changed much in 20 years. Earlier I went to get new prescription sunglasses made. I was denied new sunglasses because unlike other eye doctors the doctors at Valley Eye Associates write an expiration date of one year after the exam date on the prescription. Otherwise it would still be a current, valid, prescription. As a result, I have to stay with my 14 year old prescription sunglasses for another year rather than replace them with a prescription that would have still been current. I called Valley Eye Associates and explained the situation but they couldnt care less. I will submit a complaint to the insurance company as well.

This provider is friendly, thorough and totally professional. They have been caring for my familys eyes for a few years and they are very easy to work with. They have been able to help me keep the costs reasonable which is important when you have three young kids in glasses! I love my own contacts, too. My husband likes his new driving glasses, too. They have really been able to please all of us which is no easy task!

Great overall experience! I was visiting and had forgotten my contact lenses. I stopped by the office to see Dr. Lee for the exam, got the prescription, and got new contacts. I can see better with the new contact lenses and they are also very comfortable.

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr. explains everything and is easy to talk to. They work with your insurance and understand budgets.
