My mom has seasonal allergies and made an appointment to see Dr. Alivero. She ordered an allergy test and within a couple of weeks made her diagnosis. However, Mom never got an answer as to why her symptoms appear in the winter months and disappear during the summer. All of the allergens the doctor identified were year round, so ultimately Mom was not fully satisfied. UPDATE: They never called to say Moms allergy shots were ready so she called and left two messages which were not returned. When she called a third time she was told to come in. I drove her there (40 minutes each way) and after waiting 45 minutes Mom was told she had not signed some form at her last appointment so the serum had not been prepared and she would have to wait another three weeks before the injections would be available. When asked why they had not called to let Mom know there was a problem the nurse said they had tried to call but nobody answered. We have an answering machine plus she is home most of the time. Total BS excuse. Please dont lie to your patients. Were not stupid. We can no longer recommend this clinic and I am lowering our rating. The doctor is ok but the office is disorganized. Very poor customer service. UPDATE 2: They finally got Moms vials made and she got her first shot last week. The nurse found a place much closer to home where she can get her shots from now on. That was nice. So Im going up to four stars for the effort.

Beyond happy and impressed with the excellent treatment my teenage son received from Dr. Cyndi and her staff! He needed to have a large mole removed from a sensitive area and our previous derm couldnt/didnt want to deal with it. I called Dr. Cyndis office and they were absolutely wonderful! Dr. Cyndi assured him it would be "no big deal" and performed the surgery the following week... She and her nurses ensured he was comfortable during the procedure and I was amazed by the beautiful work Dr. Cyndi did. She is a competent and talented surgeon and the incision healed quickly and beautifully. My son never even experienced any pain or discomfort. We followed up with two visits to her nurses to ensure it was healing properly (which it was), and they were wonderful, caring, and professional as well. We are so grateful to have this behind us, thanks to Dr. Cyndi and her staff!

I have never written a review before but felt my visit at Yag-Howard Dermatology Center deserves to be commended. As a first time patient, I found the staff to be very courteous and personable. Doctor Yag-Howard was just delightful. She eased my fears and took her time to explain the procedure she would be performing, that would provide me with the best possible results and did a superb job. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I had heard that she is by far the best dermatologist and can now whole heartedly agree and highly recommend her.

What a fabulous office! The girls are all friendly, kind and caring. This is one of the best dermatologists I have ever met. I am a registered nurse and have worked 10 years in the Derm field. She is professional and very warm and listens to all you have to say. She is a very smart doctor and treats decisively and most important speaks to you about all your needs and what her plan is. A great find.
