I contacted this place with the hopes of earning their business and professional care after reading so many good review and experiences from others. unfortunately they gave me the impression that their main objective is money and not helping an individual get better. my doctor who know about my pain wrote me a referral to get an mri to find the exact cause of me pain but since i wasnt in a car accident or wasnt going through insurance they wanted me to go through evaluations and treatments before getting an mri (in other words add additional costs for thing i didnt need. I explained how ive gotten adjustments in the past and was told an mri was absolutly needed to conclude the reason for my pains, iI was even looking forward for the treatments once after the mri results would come in!.. but they just wanted to get those extra cost in. then all of the sudden the new reason was that they dont accept "outside referrals " . I was just a regular client willing to pay whatever, for mri and additional treatment i just wanted to get better but that obviously wasnt their concern.

Are these other reviews even for real?!?!? This place is a JOKE. First impressions, office is worn down, they could at least invest in some upgrading of the office. The staff at the front, give me a break. All I heard was how it was pay day and I cant wait to get out of here......really? Keep the social convos for your break time! Then I was asked when I called and I was in complete agony from a pinched nerve if I had insurance. I do, and basically was told great, bring your card and fill out some paperwork...so I came in and I waited 2 HOURS just to be told by this "Dr. John" that he doesnt file insurance but look at this "great deal" I can give you for starting treatment today. I sat IN PAIN for 2 hours to be talked to by the doctor about my insurance and a potential $400.00 bill. I would NEVER go to this place nor would I ever recommend anyone else go there. We had just moved to the area and I was desperate to find someone fast, what a joke.

I went to AICA Snellville after having severe neck/back pain after a car accident. I am sooo glad I did! Dr. John and his team are AMAZING! They take care of you so that you can leave feeling relaxed and relieved from your pain! Best of all, they really care about their patients. Friendly, efficient and treating you like a valued member of the family, I would highly recommend Dr. John, Dr. Chad, Morgan and all of the wonderful staff for all of your chiropractic needs.

I have been a patient of Dr John for years. He has always been able to get rid of my problem, has shown great insight, lots of care, knowledge, empathy. It is a pleasure to go to their office. The staff ispleasant, courteous and also shows care for you. I definitely recommend any and everyone to go and visit their office for whatever problem you have. If they cant help you, they are not afraid to refer you to the best aroound.

I have had an amazing experience at AICA. Dr. John and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. They always make sure that I leave their office feeling great with a smile on my face. The girls in the back are great, they knew me by name from day one and always make me feel at home! Everyone is awesome. I highly recommend AICA for anyone in need of Chiropractic services. They truly are the best!

Since receiving treatment at AICA my back problem has cleared up, I have had no problems since coming to the center. The staff is very friendly and works well with me and other patients who receive treatment. My sheduling of appointments and adjustments has helped me have a better overall feeling in my back and choosing to come here first was the right choice.

Not only is the customer service here good, but the actual medical care that I have recieved here is second to none. Dr John and his staff are wonderful! I have had neck and shoulder pain for several years and have dealt with other chiropractors, but none have compared to the care I have received from Dr. John and his staff. His adjustments have helped alleviate the pain I have felt for years. I recommend Dr. John and his staff in Snellville.

Dr. John and his staff made me feel 110%. The care that I get from everyone in the office is bar none. I am so thankful that Dr. John is my Chiropractor. This is a great practice to go to. I felt listened to and apart of a small family. They always address me by name and remember my childrens name. If, I had to refer someone there it would be a definant YES. Dr.John and his staff needs to keep up the good work and keep making people feel better.

dr john k and his straff has help me ,deal with the pain i have had in may back due to 9 herinated disc. i have had pain in my back for over 6 years now it was not untill i went to DR JOHN K and his staff did i start to feel whole again a lot better then i have fealt in a long time .carl.h

This office seems okay at first, but they just want to get you in the door. They do unnecessary procedures & charge your insurance company for services not even performed! The Drs are nice but will say anything to keep you coming. Very unsatisfied with their recent service.

Last weekend I was in a wreck. I saw AICA on TV and called right away. I couldnt believe I was able to see the doctor that Saturday! Thanks to AICA I am feeling much better. If I ever get into another wreck I know who to call AICA.
