We went here bc our normal vet was booked for awhile (thats a good sign) this place was avaliable to do a checkup on a puppy we just got. We had the booklet that showed when the vaccinations were done but not the official paperwork (from the original lady)The vet tech said that they tried to call the vet but needed all this unnecessary info to get the official records. Then she said the place was closed.they practically held us hostage and kept implying basically if we didnt get 361.00 in vaccinations that day our puppy was in danger, we said multiple times to let us just verify what she has gotten first then we will do the rest. Ive not been treated like that ever at a vet. That place is hungry for money and made us feel like bad pet owners, we brought our dog there bc we love her. By the way we called the original vet right when we got out and they were open and emailed us right away the only info we gave was dogs name, breed and date she was born all the things this vet had bc we handed it to them, so I guess they are liars too.needless to say we dont go back or recommend them to anyone

This place is super pricey. The only great thing they have is good hours. But the feeling you should get from the place you take your pet shouldnt be, "God, how much is this going to cost me?", it should be "Thank God for this place. They really know what they are doing and care about us." I called last night as a follow up for my g/fs dog and the tech did give advice that cost no money, but I have a sense that the dog has something stuck in its belly and xrays will be needed ($130 @ Polo). I tried asking if there were ways to reduce costs or a payment plan because the night before we already paid $200 for a doctors exam and for them to put fluids in the dog that provide sustenance for 24hrs. Then you add x-rays, blood work, and most likely a surgery and we are looking at probably another $600-$800 (THAT IS A GUESSTIMATE PEOPLE. Only prices i am certain of are the ones weve paid thus far.)

I highly recommend Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital! The owner, Dr. Lisa Gerleman Lehman, is a top expert in her field and will always provide you with all the information you need -- and straight answers -- to make an informed decision about your pets care. I trust her counsel without question. She has cared for my feline babies for over 15 years...Ive even brought my cats from Ohio (a two-day drive) for Dr. Lehmans care after I was reassigned out-of-state. Polo Springs is a top-notch facility and the entire staff is first-rate. I cannot say enough good things about the very high standard of care Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital provides!

I will never go back to this place. Went out of town got a call my dog was peeing blood. So I said do what needs to be done so they did. Found nothing. Got him home he was fine took him back for a sono because they said he needed it. I just wanted to do the sono because he wasnt peeing blood. More was done of course my husband picked him up only to be treated like crap the lady was so rude to him. I called the lady was rude to me and I wasnt going to have it. Very rude staff. I will let everyone I know and meet how rude this place is. Now I see why I never saw anyone else there anytime I went in.

I took my cat here when it got sick. I was initially impressed by the layout and all the employees were very nice to me. After the vet had a look at my cat, they threw a bunch of options at me without giving me a profesional opinion. So I ended up spending a bunch of money on tests and my cat got better on its own without any treatment. Numerous people Ive talked to since have told me Polo is a ripoff and there are much better places to go. I know theyre running a business but you can tell they care more about your money than your pet.

Weve taken our beloved pets to this place for years, since they opened in fact, trusting that we were getting the best possible care for the outrageous prices Polo Springs charges. The owner, Dr. Lisa Gerleman, never seems to be on site anymore. The only vet we ever see misdiagnosed a severe injury in our kitten, resulting in weeks of unnecessary suffering, which we discovered after taking her to a different vet. A vet who immediately realized the severity of her injury. Do yourselves a favor, go elsewhere if you love your pets!!!

I cant say enough about Polo Springs. Ive been taking my pets there for over a decade, and Dr Gerleman is by far the best vet I have seen. She and her team always provide the details and information I need to take care of my pets. Shes been more than accommodating and taken multiple phone calls from me when Ive been out of state. This is by far the best veterinary facility and most knowledgeable staff Ive run across.

I have been coming here for over 7 years. I always get excellent service and great animal care. They always follow up after appointments or any surgeries to make sure if anything is needed. We are always given quotes to sign on the service they are providing before doing anything to our dogs so we know exactly what we are paying. I know it may cost a little extra but the great care for my 2 dogs cant be beat.

My puppy was close to death when I brought her in, they quickly diagnosed her with PARVO and told me what my options were. They gave her blood transfusions and saved her life. I am so grateful. I have been bringing both my dogs there ever since. I trust them and feel they really care about me and my dogs. I cant say enough good things about all the doctors and the staff.

perhaps the MOST EXPENSIVE vet in the Springs. they send constant emails warning you that your pet IS AT RISK if they dont get this shot and that test. they want SEMI-ANNUAL vet checkups. their prices are well and above every other vet Ive seen in town and Ive been here 18 years and have pets my entire adult life. yes, they are good, but dude, you pay for it.

By far the kindest and most caring group of people that have ever taken care of my many dogs through the years. I had a dog I had to put down once who I deeply cherished, they were compassionate and helped me through the process and even took the time to send me a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I dont know how you could ask for more.

I trust these doctors with my dogs who are basically my kids. Very knowledgeable vets and the staff is always friendly. Love their waiting area with coffee, cookies and candy. Always kept very clean, which I appreciate. They do tend to run more than the most basic tests, but they always ask first and explain why they are necessary.

Was very rude and wanted us to get a bunch of unnecessary things that wasnt needed. Seemed like they only wanted money and didnt care about my dog. Also wouldnt let us leave for awhile and seemed forced into paying for things when I didnt want to. I wouldnt recommend at all.
