I have never been more appalled at how a patient was treated than here. Waited over an hour with my girlfriend past her scheduled appointment time, despite arriving fifteen minutes early and having an empty waiting room for the majority of the wait. When finally called back for the scheduled tooth extraction, they ignored her when she said the anesthetic wasnt working and that she was in pain, and instead accused her of lying and proceeded. When crying out in pain due to the numbness not setting in yet, she was scolded and told to quiet down. Despite being made aware of her dental anxiety, instead of giving her a moment to calm herself when the anxiety was getting to her, they used scare tactics and threats of turning her away to get her to sit still. Anyone with anxiety can tell you the WORST thing to do is to use scare tactics or get frustrated, that only makes the anxiety worse. They did both of these things, and while they did get her to sit still, theyve also made her fear of the dentist even more deep-rooted. Tl;dr: The workers here are a disgrace to their profession and should be avoided at all costs, especially for anyone with even a slight fear of the dentist.

I am a new patient, as of April 2016, and I really am happy with the experiences Ive had with coming to Dental Dreams.They got me in quickly. First was a cleaning and x-rays and that went smoothly and very thorough. Then came back for a small filling. The dentist himself, hygienist and all the staff were very nice and compassionate with making sure I was comfortable and ok with everything they were doing. As for now, I would and actually have already recommended this dental establishment on Beckley Rd. Battle Creek, Michigan to friends and family. I hope that everyone else has a wonderful experience here as well. But, I know everyone is their own person and prefers different expectations than I. Good Luck and Thank You Dental Dreams!! :-)

First visit with my child was decent, second appointment was terrible, the doctor, nor the staff seemed to know what was going on, very unorganized, very long wait, no hygentist to explain the process of an extraction to a child, or what was happening, went in for a filling, came out with a traumatized child. Nice going dental dreams, this is exactly why adults are afraid of the dentist. I should have known better, its a strip mall, not a serious dental practice.

I absolutely love this place. The office manager and staff are so nice and friendly. And Dr. Caroline Eskander is the best dentist ever. She has went above and beyond her job as a dentist to help me in so many ways. I cant even begin to express how grateful I am to her. Being a person with many health problems and absolutely hating doctor appointments, I would fake a toothache any day of the week just to go visit them all. I love this place and God Bless them all.

Been waiting an hour for a cleaning for my son, made an appointment and they are calling walk ins back before us. Finally got called back and the woman was super rude during the cleaning then just left and didnt tell us we were done, i found out we were done when they began cleaning the room while we were still in it. Will never come back here.

Dr Chang didnt listen to what teeth were hurting! After being told he still wouldnt fill the one I needed done so I could eat! took an hour after my apt to finally start doing something after i go up to the desk! Then goes to numb my mouth with the needle without the swab first! Walked out and wont return!

My husband has a bad tooth to the point of needing to be extracted. Been here for over 2 hours he tried to numb him with needle before using the numbing gel. Left him just sitting there with a numbed mouth for a skyped call with corporate, 10-20 min. Will never come back again!!!#

I went there with a really bad toothache no appointment and was seen within 40 minutes they were prepaired to pull the tooth but i needed antibiotic for infection gave me a 7 day supply and pulled that banging tooth on the 8th day I love that place and I highly reccomend them

I took my son to have 7 fillings done. found out 6 months later at different dentist they didnt even do the fillings. I was there and have no idea what the hell they did but they didnt do what I paid for!!!

Each time Ive been here Ive had to wait for atleast an hour past my appointment time.. it is rediculous. If you schedule an appointment then you should be in at that time
