First, you can never get ahold off anyone in the office. Second, if you ever do get someone theyre rude, dont listen to what the problem is, and talk over you. When they finally decide to give you an appointment its always weeks out and they tell you if its urgent go to the ER. When youre at your appointment they make you wait 45 minutes to an hour and a half to be seen. Then your appointment is 5 minutes and they dont address any of your concerns. Also the front receptionist lady is rude as all hell with the kids. She acts like giving them a sticker is going to personally bankrupt her. I would never reccomend this pediatrics office.

I was not a fan of Dr Avala when my boys saw her but I liked Dr Khaira. He is only in the office a few hours a week so its really hard to schedule appointments with him and then the receptionist told me not to be surprised if it gets cancelled last minute. I always have to wait a long time past my appointment time to get called back to a room and then even longer to finally see the doctor. They are also extremely hard to get ahold of when trying to call. If they answer the phone you get out on hold for a long time. They also dont seem very kid friendly...and its a pediatrician office...

Its awful. You can almost never get ahold of anybody. If you leave a message you will not receive a call back. Dr. Avala pays virtually no attention to whatever you say. When your child needs a referral to a specialist she will initially refuse unless you are very assertive. They give you referrals to people who dont even take your insurance. I really hate this place and cant wait to find another doctor. Whoever wrote those other reviews are either being paid or are friends of the doctor or are not in their right minds.

You can never get ahold of them. Always a long wait even if you have an appointment.. you can never see them if your kid needs help ASAP.. like with strep or something... I always have to get kids to go to er... Im so mad.. I dont like the doctor because she doesnt seem to want to do anything to help.. I had 3 docs say my kid has asthma just seasonal and she wouldnt agree until I told her 3 others said. Now she wont do anything to help my middle child with his stomach problems. Making me so mad

1 star today, usually were in and out at a reasonable time but today we came in 10 min early and are waiting still an hour and a half+. There customer care service needs work, they dont even come in to appologize or check in to let you know theyll be in soon/ running a little behind "or, are attending others who came in after you because they have better insurance" The workers need genuine Joy, everyone seems artificial and unhappy in there jobs.

I switched to Roseville Pediatrics about six month ago and I love bringing my kids in. The staff is amazing! The nurse practitioner is hands down the best of the best she ALWAYS takes her time, literally notes down everything you say or ask her. I love it. Dr. Avala is extremely nice as well! They have been really good with referrals which I highly appreciate! Thank you for caring for my little ones :).

I love the doctors and staff at this office!!!! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I literally can NEVER get an emergency appointment if something is wrong with my kids. I have to take them to med 7 or the ER. The only way we get in there is if it is a planned appointment. I think they forget that kids get sick and need to be seen by the dr at very inconvenient times.

The office is very clean, staff is very friendly. Dr. Khaira, Dr. Avala, and Kelsi are every friendly and great providers. My son had the best care while attending their office. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a pediatrician. They are so awesome!
