I want to thank the Western Dental staff for making me feel welcomed and comfortable about 10 years ago I had a chipped front tooth and no insurance so I had to do ST Marys ugggg I was promised a new partial because they said I needed my 3 front teeth removed so I ended up losing my 3 front teeth thinking they would be replaced WRONG!!! So i went to Western Dental and they hooked me up with a new partial and an awesome smile 10 years later i return to get a full top denture. I was really scared and even in tears and the staff took great care of me once again man and today i have a awesome smile so nice that people cant even tell my top teeth are dentures and they feel great .So once again THANK YOU to all the staff at Western Dental :)

My brother has been waiting since last year to get his root canals approved. He was then seen in march and found out he could have the procedure. We go in to have it, and they say the note that I have to take him in has to be notarized and that he cant be seen because he needs a 6 month check up. We are moving in a week and they said we have to reschedule because they cant do it on his appointment date. He is 6 months away from 18. The reason his teeth were messed up to begin with is because he went to western dental to begin with. This place is a joke, and they dont care about your issues or pain. I would never bring my child here and wont recommend it to anyone.

4 hours to get one tooth extracted. We waited one hour after registration then an hour later they call for xrays and then wait again for one hour. Then they take us in and make us sit in the exam room. I guess it was an assistant who took some pictures of the teeth. Then the doctor came and he was saying sunthing sunthing. He took a loook and then again left. Of course to see another patient. Overall it took 4 hours to have one tooth extracted. I had 3 family memebers scheduled here but not anymore. We are never going back here. Horrible service.

My kid father went and they tried making him pay supposable because his insurance didnt cover nothing but yet at his other dentist it did cover everything so in order to have his teeth cleaned and fixed he had to pay but good thing he didnt because we called his insurance and they told us it did have to cover his treatment they need to have people that actually do the job right and not just say it doesnt cover lets see how our next appt goes

Today was my first time there and it wasnt that bad ... The staff and the dentist were awesome I felt comfortable and well taken care of..hope to get great results and the end of my teeth process but we need to be patient behind doors theres these staff working hard to treat everybody at the same time it all depends on the patients process other that i felt good and pleased Thanks Western Dental Staff

I was a walk in I wasnt in their long before I got seen and they were pack. I was scared and they made me feel comfortable the staff was very kind and caring,they really to care of me from the xrays to the polishing my experience with them was simply amazing and I cant wait to go back I never felt this way about going to the dentist thank you very much for taken care of me.

please shut this place down !!! I went in for my appointment was early they got me in two hours after my appointment and then the doctor LEFT !!!! and went home. also they wouldnt listen to me about that I didnt have money for a $2,000 treatment and told me it was the only option I went to me new current dentist and took care of it for $100 DO NOT GO HERE they are horrible

Horrible, horrible place. My mother went there a few years ago for a permanent dental bridge and paid thousands of dollars to have the job done, but all they did was hurt her and make her dental situation even worse. She ended up going to another dentist to fix the mess they had done to her. We dont recommend Western Dental to anyone!!

really horrible experience didnt want to attend my mother whom needed an extraction because shes been in pain and had an infection they said they couldnt atend her because she didnt have an appoint ment that for that she would have to wait till may and that they couldnt help her even if it was an emergency to look els where

They overbooked themselves, to have an appointment and still wait 2hrs is absurd, and yet be told by the receptionist that they forgot about you. Youd think this happen once but sad to say that it would occasionally happen every time I had an appointment. Im glad I no longer go there and will never go back.

My mom have an appointment at 11am, its now 1150 and we have not been caled yet. I never had any good experience with this place. I want to change location but I was told that I cant sonce my mom had a procedure done at this location. They said she have to finish up her procesure at this place.

Terrible customer service. Its the place to be if youre willing to spend hours sitting in the waiting room. They overbook appointments and they lack the staff to be able to fulfill these duties. Thus, resulting in extremely increased waiting times. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
