I had an excellent experience!! I was extremely nervous due to terrible experiences as a child and just recently at my last dentist. However, Dr. Lau is an awesome dentist. He patiently explained everything to me and was so kind. He really seems up on all the latest dental stuff. I hate needles and dread getting numbed, but I didnt even feel it! He used something he called a "distractor" he explained the science behind it and it was really cool and worked. Everyone in his office is very nice. The office is clean and modern. I dont know about you, but when Ive gone to the dentist and the office was kinda "off" it really increased my anxiety, but this office was soothing and clean. I will definitely continue going to Dr. Lau, Im so happy to have a dentist I can trust.

Let me just start off by saying that I can not say enough about Dr. Lau and his practice. From the moment I started scheduling appointments to the end of my procedures and I just had last night its been nothing but a pleasant experience. I had to have two teeth pulled and one of the teeth were very bad and hard to get out. Dr. Lau took his time and was gentle and his staff was very sweet about everything. I have high anxiety about getting injections and having procedures done and he just walked me through every step of the way as if I were like family to him. Dr. Lau even called me today to check on my progress after the procedure last night to make sure I was okay! As for me and my family we have found our dentist.

I used to dread going to the dentist before because of past experiences with other dentists. Dr. Lau changed all that. He put me at ease, was very gentle and made sure I was ok during the entire procedure. The next day, he even texted me to find out how I was doing. Dr. Lau truly cares about his patients. His staff is very friendly and professional. The new facility is beautiful! Its even kid friendly! I had a pleasant experience and am looking forward to my next visit. My husband and I are very satisfied with Meadowbrook family dental office Beautiful office, very professional and courteous. Dr. Lau is very caring and gentle He explains everything and he shows areas of concern on your teeth with digital photos. The dental savers plan is awesome if you do not have dental insurance! I love that there is even a television on the ceiling so you can watch a home channel while getting your teeth done! We highly recommend this office!

Everyone was courteous, communicated with me all the time explain and ask if there were any questions, was not pressure onto taking any immediate decision for my care understanding my needs. Doctor told me what could wait and what must be done as soon as I can, was very caring yet respectful of my needs. Maybe my polishing was a little bit discomforting but I understand patience needed when someone is new and was nothing mayor, she compensated with good will. I am very happy

I had a great dental visit. My insurance had technical difficulties but the front desk called and took care of it. They made sure my insurance went through before they did anything so there would be no big surprise costs. They were very thorough with the cleaning. They also go over all costs and ask if you still want to do it before they proceed. Im very impressed with their customer service. Very professional. Definitely a place where I want to bring my kids.

I had recently switched from a different dentist and I was reluctant to change. In the waiting room there were two iPads, a fake little mini kitchen (for kids to play with while waiting) and childrens books. But, once I saw the coffee machine (pretty advanced! :D) magazines and TV I started to warm up to this new place. I also enjoyed being greeted with an always smiling staff and an easygoing dentist it was great being there. Overall great place.

Dr. Lau is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. I had a root canal done expecting the worse due to a past experience, I am happy to say I have only had minimal pain. Dr. Lau is so thoughtful and caring. I am very impressed with this office. All the staff were so friendly and the dental assistants are amazing! I originally chose Meadowbrook because it was close to my home and had great hours. However, after my first experience, I wouldnt hesitate to drive across town to be seen by them. Both the office staff and dental assistants were welcoming and personable. Dr. Lau was thorough and explained each step. He took extra effort to assure I was comfortable at all times. Over all it was a good.experience.

Dr. Lau is an excellent Dentist. He is knowledgeable, highly trained and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The office atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and very caring. My comfort as the patient was very important to the entire staff. Every procedure is explained clearly including the cost to the patient if insurance doesnt cover the expense. I am amazed by the design of this practice! It was very homey and warm. Dr. Lau and his staff were friendly, patient and caring. What I like was that they made sure I was doing okay during the procedure. Not to mention they have tvs on the ceiling and blankets for me to indulge myself with while I got my teeth fixed. Its not like any other dental experiences I have had in the past!

Team is full of great staff, Dr. Lau explains what he is going to do in a way where its not all medical terminology and youre not completely lost about what is going on. Takes the time to ask if you have questions and throuroughly answers them in both medical terms and a way where you can fully understand. Great place to come to and I look forward to all of my visits!

As a new patient I was very happy going to Meadowbrook. They helped to see me for an emergency tooth ache even before insurance approval, and they were very informative about my coverage. My cleaning was quick and comfortable. Im so glad I found a comfortable dentist with good technology, private rooms and very nice staff.
