Extremely unprofessional and busy office. I went there only for an eyeglasses prescription. I had to wait to see the doctor for an hour and when I got in - they did not even bother to go through my chart to see if I have any contraindications for any treatments and/or drugs they may provide in the office. The doctor put some eye drops into my eyes that can not be given to pregnant or nursing women, which was clearly indicated on my file. I have been drugged without my knowledge. "Just some drops to loose the eye pressure, part of the examination" - thats what the dr said when I asked what kind of drops she is putting into my eyes. "oh, by the way you can not breastfeed your baby till tomorrow" - thats what she said after I mentioned I have a baby. After I pointed out that my file clearly states that I am a nursing mother they tried to prove me that its all safe and somebodys sister or friend breastfed her baby after the drops and nobody died. WHAT??? They just didnt care. Definitely I will not return there as well as I would not advise anyone to go to this place.

I have been going here for a few years never consistently, but most recently I went in for a check up to get glasses and it was regular nothing special, however the girls working there are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. First they gave me selection of glasses to pick from and then told me to come back 2-3 weeks later to pick them up.. they call me back 3 weeks later saying I picked from a batch of glasses my insurance no longer covered and to come in again. On top of that when I come in I just stop by since that is what the girl on the phone said I could do and the secretary tells me to wait 10-15 minutes. I am in the waiting room for about 20 minutes and I have not been helped ye with something that would take 5 minutes and when I ask to be helped the girl in charge of glasses yells at me to back off and wait because she was not ready for me then she refused to assist me and the secretary helped me instead. SO RUDE. Will not be returning ever again.

I came to see Dr. Domingues for an eye exam for the first time last week. She is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. She gave me a great exam and updated my contact lenses and she throughly explained to me how important yearly exams are especially because of my high myopia and higher risk of retinal detachment. No other doctor has ever explained this to me before. She is fast and efficient. Her staff was friendly and very nice. They went out of their way to explain my insurance information in detail and how to best use my benefits. I will definitely be referring my family and friends.

Have been going Pink Vision Associates for a couple of years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful each time that Ive gone. They took the time to find me the perfect pair of glasses. Dr. Espaillat is always very thorough in her examinations and very willing to listen to my concerns. Make sure to set aside some time when visiting the Lyndhurtst office though, as it does get crowded and wait times can be a bit long. However, Im always willing to wait a little if it means that the quality of care that Im getting is high.

I have been coming her for years and the office has been going downhill the staff if very unprofessional. The girls speak like they are at a social event and have no respect for the people who are sitting in the waiting room listening. I make an appointment and I expect to wait just a few minutes but instead I wait 30 to 40!minutes to me seen. 3 people in the office and i have to wait 15 minutes to pay. Ridiculous and when I said something they called me a name in Spanish. I may be a white girl but I speak Spanish. Rude

I see Dr. Maria Domingues at this location or at the Fort Lee office once a year. She is by far my favorite doctor to visit yearly. She is very thorough, very efficient, and nice. When my near vision started to blur due to prolonged computer use, she promptly corrected the issue. Oh, and I have never waited longer than 5 or so minutes to get into see her which is always a plus in my busy book. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a professional, modern and honest doctor!

I have been coming here for the past 3 years. I usually see Dr. Carla and words arent enough to describe how thorough she is. She is kind, compassionate and always on her A++ game. Aside from great doctors, the staff is always polite, friendly, happy and in a good mood. Its refreshing to walk into an office where the environment is so positive.
