This is the most corrupt place I have ever been to. My dad is a retired dentist so Ive been around the dentistry world my whole life. I took my 2 children in and they did an initial treatment plan. I scheduled my youngest to have it done, got there and instead of 2 crowns they said that he needed 10 (& hes 5 years old)! I called my dad crying and he said absolutely not, and to leave. The dentist did not want to talk to me at that point. I asked the assistant why they would change the treatment plan that I had agreed to and why in the world to do 10 crowns and she said that it was for preventative measures! I told her that you do not do "preventative" dentistry work on a child. THEN, my other son had already been scheduled so about a week later I get a reminder call, I asked what they were going to do (just to hear them say it), and once again they said they were going to do 10 crowns on my 7 year old. I couldnt believe that they did that to both of my children. It is absolutely Medicaid fraud to get paid more. (BTW I went to another dentist who took x-rays and there is only 2 places that need crowns and she said that the other 5 places could be fillings but were very small and that there were NOT EVEN 10 PLACES THAT WERE BAD, ON EITHER!). Do not go here. It might seem fun but it is corrupt, its in your childs best interest not too.

Dont get me wrong, the atmosphere is AMAZING. We started my son in Lewisville and found this location when we moved. He loves going here. The playground, movie theatre, balloon, prizes, and goodie bags are great! I give this place a 2 because of the way they conduct business. The last head dentist made sure everything ran smooth. We never had to wait past our appointment time. NOWWWW everytime we go we wait at least an hour past our appointment to get back. The last 2 times we have been I ended up cancelling because I was sick of waiting. This last time I told the front desk when I got there I needed to update his insurance.. She assured me I didnt. I showed up 10 min early and after 40 min they called me to the front desk to tell me I needed to update his insurance and couldnt do it on a Saturday. They CONSTANTLY WASTE YOUR TIME. I keep going because my sons love it, but Im now looking for a different location.

Place is horrible!!! They just scam you for your money. They told me my daughter would need a another crown/cap and 2 fillings.. After she already has 7 crowns (that they put on a year or two ago) I went to a different dentist and got a second opinion and she only needs one filling. The same thing happened to my friend, her daughter went in March and then went last week and they said since March she would need 4 crowns and that it would like $3,000 out of pocket. She went and got a second option and her daughter only needs 2 fillings... I wish I would of gotten a second opinion before they put the 7 crowns on my daughter, and my daughter brushes her teeth twice daily!!.. Absolutely horrible!!! Would NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

My daughter goes to Smile Magic for her dentist and she absolutely loves it. They have various ways to keep children entertained through the whole process. My daughter loves the last part of the appointment when she gets a crown and ballon and is pronounced queen of the kingdom. The dentist and staff there are really great. The staff works great with my daughter and the dentist is great too. I have recommended this place to family and friends and will continue to do it!

Just received a voicemail from here. I had to google the number to find out who had called. FYI: If you leave a voicemail, make sure you dont mumble or hold the phone too close to your mouth so the person receiving the message cal understand at least part of what you have to say. The only reason they had my number in the first place is because they bribed my mom. She had to give them my info if my son was going to get a balloon.

Hands down best dental office... 6 kids and we have always had bad dental experiences... the order in which things r done make a huge diffrence... play ground in front w/theatre... treatment and then end the visit with crown balloon and goodie bag... kids luv it.... and add Samantha a great assistant and awesome dentist... kids want to come back .. kids dont mind paying the small price of having treatment done...thanks team!!

Everybody its so nice I really like this clinic they treat you kids so good .. all the stuff so nice .. also they give you a call to remind you about the appointment they very flexible when it comes to reschedule.. only thing I dont like its when they finish to take all the X-ray and that stuff doctor take so long other than that everything is perfect very happy with this Dentist..

Worst place ever. I took my children there for their regular check up and they all came out bleeding from their gum. I used to take them to South Texas Dental and I changed (whatve I done???) because their dentist moved to another place but now I regret. I will never come back here Im returning back to South Texas where they always received good service and never complained.

El peor "dentista" que e tenido que visitar. Iba a sacarme una muela y ni eso pudieron hacer, solamente hacen "limpiezas" si se les puede llamar asi. No lo recomiendo.

Smile Magic is a fun place that my girls love to visit. The playground and decorations are great. The staff is so kind to my children and it makes going to the dentist really fun. I did wish that all the lights were working inside the crowning room after their visit so it was brighter. My girls walked out of the castle decorated building and were wanting to go back.

Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Unlike other clinics, they do pay attention to your child and take the time to make them feel comfortable. The establishment is well maintained and super clean. Just makes you feel great when someone else calls your baby a Princess...GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Great place to take your kids. The staff is very friendly. My son had a appointment and I brought my daughter with and they made her apart of everything that was going on made sure she was not left out and even gave her a goodie bag aswell! Will continue to come here!

They take for ever to pick up the phone and assist you !!!!! not to mention the financial adviser never return calls and Ive been waiting months to find out if the insurance will cover getting her cavities filled and nothing has happened

They have been calling me on a daily basis to schedule an appointment I finally came in for an appointment. My appointment was at 1120 am and it is now 1225p and I am still waiting in the lobby.

We are very satisfied with the Doctors and staff here. We wouldnt take our kids here otherwise. They are very accommodating and if you need to get in for an appointment they will make time.
