My mother-in-law highly recommended that my husband and I check out Floss Dental in Coppell, Texas. We currently live in Irving but are familiar with Coppell so we thought wed try them out! I had the BEST experience today! My hygienist (I cannot remember her name but she was awesome) introduced herself and walked me around the office since she knew it was my first visit. Her hospitality made me feel welcome and excited to come back for my next cleaning! After I had my teeth cleaned I met with Dr. Wright - She was just as pleasant and welcoming as my hygienist. We discussed my need for Invisalign, as my teeth have shifted, and talked me through what the process would be. She introduced me to the office manager, Danny, who was able to check my insurance to see my coverage. I am always skeptical when anyone tries to sell me something on the spot, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didnt feel pressured into buying something. Both Dr. Wright and Danny told me to think about it and call back. I had a great experience with the team at Floss Dental. I highly encourage that anyone (including my friends and family) check them out! Thank you ladies for your warm welcome and first-class service today!!

Doctor Service is good and recommend Dr Sing.She is cordial and explains clearly the problems and procedure. But the billing department FORCE you to pay before you go and sit with the doctor.They dont even wait for us to pay till the claim goes to insurance company ,so that you pay the balance. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL FORCING YOU TO PAY BEFORE YOU SEE THE DOCTOR AFTER AN APPOINTMENT............... MEDICAL FRAUD COMPANY....CHARGE YOU MORE BEFORE THE TREATMENT AND DOES NOT REFUND YOU....THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT...CAN USE IT FOR NEXT TREATMENT... THEY DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO YOU ..... I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A CHEAP CORPORATE BEFORE.... I FEEL ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE GIVEN BY THEMSELVES....HOW COME 5 STAR FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.... I TOOK 1 STAR AS I COULD NOT DO NEGATIVE RATING.

Family and I went to this place for three years. Revolving door of dentists, hygienists, office staff. Some are good, some are okay, some are just bad. If you go, expect to get expensive treatment recommendations and offer of dental credit plans to fund it. I kid you not. Each time I got second opinions - twice was told needed treatment was nowhere near what was recommended at Floss. I stayed as long as I did because convenient location - but no more. Not sure how they got all these 5 star ratings, but hard for me to believe. Youve been warned.

Before confirming appt with FLOSS we took time to visit number of other Dental clinics around Coppell and after speaking with Dr Sing at Floss we firmly believed that we are at the an excellent dentist. Dr. Sing took the time to explain every procedure she would be doing.I did not experience any discomfort or pain during the root canal. what we appreciate the most is the follow-up calls made to ensure im doing well after being treated which is awesome.I would recommend Dr Sing without any doubt.

I really like Dr Sing. However, the practice has different people every time you go in and I got a different dentist to put on my crown. The crown did not fit and I had to return multiple times. I also had issues with the billing dept over an incorrect quote they gave me which they were unable to explain. Will definitely be switching to a different practice.

Best dentist ever!! I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a new dentist (or even if you arent). This was by far the best dental experience I have had to date and I no longer fear going to the dentist. I am very glad they were recommended to me and I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!!

Ive been there 5 times in a month for a filling they did. My bite hasnt been the same since. I cant eat anything on one side of my mouth and I wake up sometimes in the middle of the night because of the pain. Ive had fillings before from other dentist but never experienced this. NEVER EVER again

I had the BEST experience at Floss in Coppell! I have had horrible experiences in the past with dental work and I was very nervous! The staff at Floss were attentive, kind and patient. My dentist Dr. Mahmood was amazing! She talked me through every step, was incredibly gentle, and very professional!

I highly recommend FLOSS dental. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr Sing is the best. Ive lived all over this country and as a result visited several dentist, and FLOSS Coppell is the best. Cannot say enough good things about them. Thanks FLOSS!!!

The staff was extremely nice and the place was clean and welcoming. Only complaint was that the tv was placed weirdly in the waiting area. However, I only waited for about 3 minutes before being seen by a hygienist. I would recommend to anyone.
