DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACES!!! The staff is very friendly, great environment, etc., BUT they only have ONE doctor who is there twice a month. I started out with 1 doctor who told me (as other orthodontists had) your teeth are straight, you really dont need braces, but we can correct your minor concerns in 6 months to a year. I jumped on it and got the braces the same day. After a few visits with him I got a new, female doctor (nobody told me anything, I showed up for an apt. and boom. no explanation or anything) and assumed all would be well... WRONG!!! It will be 2 years in April and I STILL have braces! On top of that she told me at my last visit she will TRY to close the spaces (the whole reason I got braces). She has been working on straightening my already straight teeth and completely ignoring my true concern. Its almost impossible to voice concerns because there is no consultation/1 on 1 time with the doctor. She just stops by, gives instructions to the attendant and moves right along. Right now I have a broken bracket just hanging out in my mouth. They had me come in just to do nothing and tell me I have to wait 3 weeks until the doctor is back in again. Just called to see if I could be bumped up to the first week she would be there, instead of waiting another 2 weeks after, and they are booked solid. Oh, and when you do go in on Saturday or Thursday (the only 2 days she does ortho) there is not time to discuss what is going on with your braces. They pack so many people in, the doctor stops by, takes a look, tells the attendant what to do, and moves to the next patient. On my last visit I had ask for them to bring her back so I could voice my concerns. Again, great place, great staff, but the ORTHO SUCKS!!! I am being forced to wear braces for an extended amount of time because (in my opinion) they are being cheap. Thats the only reason I can think of for having 1 doctor, 2 days, 2 times a month. Everyones braces are different so how can you have everyone on the SAME schedule. Not cool!!!... btw I am 31 years old so I am not just some teen ranting and raving lol. I will take responsibility and say that I should have asked questions sooner. Like, where is my old doctor, will anything change, what is taking so long??? But, I assume when people are in such positions as a doctor, they actually know what they are doing and try not to question. Lesson learned! Moral of the story DO NOT GO HERE FOR ORTHO UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE BRACES FOREVER!!! UPDATE: 4.13.16 Contacted the BBB. They are not BBB accredited though which also raises a red flag for me. Also, they had an incentive a few months back where you got something free (cant remember if it was an account credit or the specifics) if you liked them on FB and gave a review. Granted, people could give a bad review, but whos really gonna do that if youre getting free stuff lol. So, you will see a plethora of positive reviews dated 3-4 months ago, but dont believe the hype! And, I must note that those reviews appear to be regarding the Dental portion of the business and not the Orthodontics portion. I use them for both but my complaint at this time is only for Orthodontics.

This place is AWESOME. I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. They had me in and out in less than an hour.. To alot of people this isnt a big deal but let me give you a little history. My mothers side of the family have always had bad teeth. I have NEVER had a good experience with a dentist which causes me to have fear, alot of anxiety and embarrassment. My first experience with a dentist was for an extraction as I had a dead tooth from a childhood injury, that dentist only gave me the stuff on a cotton swab and came back later and started. Problem was, i never got any injection. He said it slippedhis mind.... I am also VERY hard to deaden and most dentists like to argue that its just pressure. No, pressure is me backing you against a wall by your throat. PAIN is me kicking you in the nuts...... Anyway, the doctor at Trinity Dental on Green Oaks in Arlington was awesome and listened. He immediately tended to me in the beginning when i could still feel that i wasnt really numb. He made sure I was very numb before starting and was very patient even when i may have been shaking like a scared little girl. I have found my mouths new home. I will definitely continue to go here for all my dental work. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has had horrible experiences as they will really walk you through what they will do, and they mean what they say.

The staff at Trinity Dental Care is friendly, professional, and absolutely wonderful! The office is incredibly nice with high-end fixtures and decor, yet their prices are excellent compared to other offices Ive been to in the past. They have great prices and they often run specials. They even offer ZOOM teeth whitening, which I took full advantage of! I am very happy with the results! Everyone there is incredibly nice and they treat you like youre their only concern. If you need dental work done, they write up multiple options for your treatment plan, so you can choose a plan that works for you. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, and they gave me multiple options to choose from. Dr. Chandy is amazing! She does her own teeth cleanings, and Ive never had a dentist take the time to clean my teeth. She is a very skilled dentist, and she was so nice to me and really spent time with me. I thought everyone there was very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend Trinity Dental Care! I hope this helps-you really should give them a call!!

My mother, who lives in Oklahoma City, needed a single tooth implant. I live in Carrollton and checked the internet for implant prices in Oklahoma City, but couldnt find anyone that could compete with Trinity Dental. Luckily, I had received a direct mail piece advertising $1,999 for an implant. After visiting two of Trinitys clinics for consultation, exam and x-rays, we had the implant procedure the same day at the third clinic. The dentist saved us two follow up visits since my mother was from out of town, and fours months later, the bone fused to the implant and the abutment and crown were placed on the second and final visit. Dr. Song made sure she was completely satisfied with the placement of the crown after taking several x-rays. I feel as though she treated my mother as she would have treated her own mother. I highly recommend Trinity Dental for your dental needs.

I really enjoyed this office. The front dest was professional, and knowledgeable of insurance and treatment plans. The dr was fast and did not try to upsell me on unnecasarry procedures. Most dentists try to sell the deep gum treatment for peridodontal disease to me. They only gave the treatment plan that was needed for me and my children. The kiddos (17, 14, & 7) were completed fast and pain free. Although all dentists are expensive, I am comfortable with returning to have my work done by them, as they utilized my insurance the best. I am having a tooth extracted soon, and the front desk listened to my concern that it was painful, but I could only have the extraction done at this time not the implant. No grief or pushiness to get more money from me.
