This is the WORST experience I have ever encountered. Previous "patient" and I was also the previous dental assistant. This dentist is very dishonest, he has done very unprofessional work on too many occasions and is just a monster on the inside with a mask is the best I can describe him. I would never bring my family back here and thats why Im leaving this note for you too ---->>RESPONSE TO YOURS BELOW: I have never lied or been dishonest to u, not my character. I was VERY open as to why I QUIT & refused to work for a dentist like you. I NEVER have taken advantage of you, if my family members had work done they all had prices attached with a treatment plan you personally put the price on and has all been paid in full. All truth must always come to the light Phee remember that. Dentists like you are why people get scared to go to the dentist

I had implants placed for an implant bringe for a Hybrid bridge. I had to wait for the healing process to finish before I could get my final bridge (hybrid). I need this special bridge from the others because it covers up my large amount of gum loss. The doctor himself recommend it to me. I was very excited the day came to get my final hybrid bridge, I had already finished paying for EVERYTHING in the agreement. When he shows them to me, its NOT THE HYBRID BRIDGE :0 He LIED! I had even reminded him last appointment when he was ordering them and everyone agreed then now hes saying I need to pay $800 more for the one we agreed on in the very beginning !! Im shocked on how UNPROFESSIONAL this dentist is and ALSO BAD CHAIRSIDE MANNER. DONT TRUST HIM LIKE I DID

DO NOT GO HERE!! THIS DENTIST IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU WANT A DISHONEST AND PREJUDICE DENTIST VISIT DENTON OAK DENTISTRY. HE FILED MY TEETH PREPPING FOR CROWNS CREATED SPACES IN MY TEETH AND DID NOT GIVE ME A TEMPORARY CROWN OR PERMANENT AS PROMISED. NOW I AM FORCED TO GO ELSEWHERE TO FINISH THE WORK HE STARTED.. BEWARE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM.. MONEY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! THE PROBLEM IS CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD NO OTHER WAY AROUND IT!! ITS FINE I WILL GLADLY GET MY WORK DONE SOME PLACE ELSE AND TAKE THE MONEY REFUNDED BY ELSEWHERE!!

Been scared of dentist all my life until came to this clinic! Staff are awesome, they try to get to know you and you become more than just a patient. They work with you especially when it comes to your treatment plan and how to pay it off. Dr. Phee himself is very nice and a skilled dentist! Im moving to fortworth but decided that he will be our family dentist! If youve always been scared of a dentist, check this place out! You wont regret it!

I really love this dentist office! The staff is really sweet! The office is decorated really nicely and its very inviting! The Dr is very laid back and is not going to tell you something is wrong just to get money. Best dentist Ive been too! Highly recommend

Great dentist, good bedside manor. I like the fact that the Doctor does the cleaning himself. The service if speedy and Im always in and out in 35-40 min. Very thorough. Reasonably priced and the uninsured discounts always help.
