I would have to compare it to divine intervention, as this was absolutely a preordained and predestined Damascus Road Event in my life. The staff and Doctor Mason are nothing short of Godsends. Not only was I guided by the Holy Spirit to the right dental care professionals, but I was introduced to new family members and we were all like minded as well as like Spirited. There was the utmost consideration to my needs, but also great detail in the explanation of services. I would venture to guess that there was no coincidence in my walking into that office today, as I experience the greatest compassion and care. It is home for me and that feeling started from the road in front of the establishment. There is no other place for me than Mason Dental, if you have need of dental treatment its reasonably priced, great service and a place were relationships between healthcare professional and those in need of dental services begin and remain for as long as you choose. God Bless the staff and Doctor Mason at Mason Dental and thank you all from the depths of my spirit for the love and kindness and compassion in caring for my wife and I and inviting us into your family...

What an amazing dental office. For my first visit, I was instantly greeted by Nicole with a warm and loving smile. She helped me get situated immediately and made my experience very welcoming. As I was introduced to the staff I could instantly feel the caring spirit of each individual. They were all very loving as they showed their professionalism during my visit. Mason Dental really had the loving family spirit and high energy for one another. I would recommend this office for anyone who wants a strong supportive team caring for overall wellness of your health. Aside from the overall positive attitudes, each member of the staff were very thorough in there duties. They would provide in depth explanations and provide numerous solutions that would be most beneficial for yourself. Just one of the most knowledgeable teams I have ever encountered. If you havent been here yet, or just looking for someone to do a check up with, you need to try Mason Dental!

I have been to a TON of dentists/orthodontists/periodontists in my life. Needless to say, Ive had a lot of dental work (believe it or not - never a cavity!). Everyone in the office is so nice! All of the Kaycees, Emily, Ashley, and everyone else!! They make you feel so welcomed. I was EXTREMELY nervous when I went in for the first half of my procedure that I was shaking when I was supposed to get the Novocain. Dr. Masons technique is so wonderful & painless, I had to (try) to ask if he already got me with the needle! I couldnt believe I was already numb, I didnt even know he had begun! I actually live in McKinney, but the drive to Grapevine is 100% worth the time & effort to have such a wonderful Dr & staff take care of you. I couldnt recommend anyone more whole-heartedly for dental work than everyone in this office! Thank you so much for making me such a beautiful smile, Dr. Mason! You rock! :)

I know, who loves going the dentist, but yesterday I was there and left in a great mood! Dr. Masons team does an amazing job! I have been going to Dr. Mason for over 10 years. His staff is warm and engaging. They do a terrific job of making me feel comfortable while I am at my appointment. Dawn is my hygienist and is friendly, engaging and experienced. She is very good at letting me know exactly what she is doing so theres no guessing! Dr. Mason has invested in the latest dental technology. For example, same day crowns! Most importantly, you can trust Dr. Mason. He is a man of integrity and will shoot straight with you. I used to live near the office but moved to Dallas. I still make the drive because Dr. Mason and his staff are simply the best!

Fantastic! Warm! Friendly! Like the old sit com, "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. My wife has been coming here since 1983, when she and I married I started seeing Dr. Mason and became a loyal customer in 1997. Almost 15 years later, were still here, only now weve added our 3 children to the list (10, 8 & 6) and they love it too! Dr. Mason gives the best shots, first thr tropical topical gel, then he wiggles your lip and before you know it youre all numbed up! Add to that a blanket if youre cold (yours to keep), headphones for music and all the attention you could ask for. Dr. Mason and Dr. Burgess, all their staff are wonderful, I have no comments or improvements to add. Tina Turner said it the best, "Youre simply the Best!". Thanks Doc!

I have been to five appointments with Mason Cosmetic & Family Dentistry; three cleanings and two cavity repairs. What a sensational difference from my last dentist. From the moment you walk in the front door to the warm greeting; from the superior level of communication to the excellent quality of care; I can quite literally see myself never leaving. Above all, its the people who make the biggest difference in our lives, and the staff at Mason Dentistry are the best. I can give no higher praise. Try them and you will find out for yourself. Youll walk away wondering why you didnt leave your old dentist years ago. My whole family goes there now and they feel the same way. Thank you Dr. Mason and team. You guys are great!

I was reluctant to have any dental work done because my experiences with dentists isnt the most positive. Dr Mo and staff changed that. They have been very understanding, helpful and always answer any questions I might have. I never feel like they are rushing me out to get to then next patient. After my root canals Dr Mo has called me to make sure I am ok...no other dentist has done that for me. Sarah (Dr Mos assistant) has been awesome. She has checked on me as well and is always so nice and considerate. I highly recommend this office for any dental work you need. Christine at the font desk is always so friendly . I cant say enough good things about these people. They really seem to care about their patients.

How many people can honestly say they look forward to going to a dental office? (Note: I didnt say going to the dentist!) I dont know the answer to that question; I can only speak for myself. I honestly look forward to seeing the staff in the Burgess/Mason facility. I am consistently treated as if I am their most important patient, I may have as much time as needed for my appointment and to ask questions, and the professional care is extraordinary. Im not able to say enough good things about Dr. Mason, Hygienist Dawn, front office staff Emily and Kaycee, dental assistant Kasey, and all the others who are warm and friendly to all who walk through the door. I give this office 2 thumbs up!

Ive been going to Dr. Mason for just over a year and I have found my dentist for life! I went today to get two crowns and a filling. Although a long process.... I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was keeping anyone from something else (the warm snuggly blanket helped). Everything is so high tech and its fun to watch your actual crown being molded and know that through the perfectionism of Dr. & team - you will walk out with an exact fit. Every step in the process is explained and everyone involved is up to date on your case and they make it so easy. Dr. Mason and his entire staff treat you like family and they are just amazing. I actually love going to my dentist!
