Absolutely surprised that Ive had the worst experience ever! I will NOT be going back to MINT DENTISTRY Grapevine or any other locations. First I was lied to months ago about them not taking Blue Cross Blue Shield and after been harassed later about scheduling an appt. I told them to take me off their list since they didnt take my insurance. Well, after doing an ample amount of research I found out that they do in fact still take my insurance. That was terrible! The only good thing about the visit was Vanessa. She made me feel so welcome, but boy was I in for a rude awakening! I want to speak with the CEO! I spent good money for my visit...received terribly done fillings and Im in excruciating pain! The doctor was so mean to me and I was very uncomfortable. He fussed at me for wiping saliva off my mouth during the procedure, yet the techs didnt offer assistance. I almost choked on a piece that was filed off my tooth as well. I told the doctor I couldnt feel my face yet he pressed me to make certain movements and it wasnt in a nice way! I came home crying and have to call in for work tomorrow because I have to go back due to the pain this filling is giving me. Ive had way better dental service and Ive always been adamant about taking care of my teeth. The layout is welcoming and gorgeous. Thats about it. Ill spend my money elsewhere next time.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and get some very necessary dental work done that I have put off for a long time due to bad past dental experiences and high dental fear. Dr.Wills was absolutely amazing! Not only was that the BEST dental work I have ever received, but the whole experience was great! Jordan was super friendly at the front and greeted me with a huge smile and genuine friendliness. The Netflix and Pandora that they offer with the Beats headphones really helps to take your mind off of things. And the entire staff is so friendly and kind, its hard not to feel at ease. Not only am I over my dental fear, but I look forward to the dentist now. Thank you Dr.Wills and the entire Mint staff for being so wonderful and kind! Mint is the best!!!

I have the pleasure to be part of an amazing team here at Grapevine!!! I started off at Mint Irving and absolutely loved it... Ever since, I have met awesome Docs, like Dr.Wills , Dr. Sinha, Dr.Drew to name a few, along with amazing colleagues like Erica Edwards RDH, Lindsey Black RDH, RaQuitha Balous RDH, Brandon Weirather RDH, and Luma Abusaad Lead RDH. MINT Dentistry is one of a kind placing patients needs first. Not only will you feel like royalty at your first visit but you will definitely love the way MINT makes your treatment painless an affordable. You must wonder if Im a patient at MINT ... And the answer is YES! I would not change my Dental Provider Dr.Wills for anything.

I waited a while to write this review so it wont be just on one visit. First, I love the atmosphere of this office. The employees are over the top with customer service. I didnt like that thus facility you dont get to see the same dentist each time you go in. Second, while they advertise they take all dental insurance, they are out of network on the majority of plans. Lastly, I signed up.for the smile more program and never received my free whiting, free tooth brush etc. When I called to inquire, they said I have to go in monthly to pick up my stuff. While this place is good, they leave out a lot of information.

By far one of the smoothest and most pleasurable experiences Ive had at a dentists office in a long time. Everything was well organized and the entire staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The dentist and staff alike went above and beyond during the exam. When I mentioned to the dental hygienist I was not able to wait for my whitening trays during my initial visit at a different location due to me running late for another engagement, she offered to make another set of trays at no cost to me! I will definitely return to this location for my next cleaning.

My first visit 2 mint Dentistry was incredible I went to the location and Grapevine and I want to shout out to all the wonderful teammates there especially with the dental hygienist she was a very gentle very caring and I appreciate that so if its that time of the year for you to get your teeth cleaned it will benefit you most definitely to come to Mint dentistry in a location but it specially Grapevine right by Grapevine Mills mall near the Chuck E cheese

They say first impressions are the most important right ? Well let me just say Mint definitely gave a great one! As soon as I walked in the girls at the front desk were very welcoming. The office is super nice and clean. How about the cool glasses, beats, and I pad they give you? Pretty awesome ☺️ once I called to the back even better. Rachel was great she is on top of it. Makes you feel right at home. I was very pleased with everything! Thank you ladies

This is literally the best dentist office to visit when you need work on your teeth. Very modern, customer service was very nice and they provide you with many luxuries during the visit such as beats headphones, TV that also provides music, Netflix or Hulu. Oh, the chairs give you a great massage while youre getting worked on. When have you ever been to a dentist and actually forgot you were at the dentist? Exactly! I highly recommend. 5 STARS

The office itself is everything of amazing. Staff is very professional and friendly. Doesnt feel like a dental office actually, its very cozy and comfortable. The way they explain products and services are great!! Our hygienist gave my 17 year old some great flossing tips ... Now she cant stop it. If you havent tried Mint Dentistry yet ... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?! Im next!!

Awesome experience ! The office is beautiful and the staff are professional and kind. I havent been to the dentist in almost 8 years due to a horrible experience. I heard about Mint dentistry and I am truly amazed. I recommend them to EVERYONE. I cant wait to actually go back and bring the family. Im so impressed with the atmosphere and staff. My first time at Mint and it was a great experience!! From the moment you walk in to the end of your cleaning the team makes you feel awesome! The office is very clean and luxurious. They even have Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora available to watch/listen to throughout your visit. I definitely recommend Mint Dentistry!! One of the best dental offices Ive ever been too.

I had an amazing experience with Elizabeth and Brandon today, it was very quick and rather painless. I watched 50 first dates, and the staff explained everything very well. Also signed up for their $5 VIP program which gave m the extra discounts!!! First time at this location and was very impressed with everyones professionalism!!! Definitely will return!!
