I would just like to warn all parents not to take their child/children to Dr. Kellie A Johnson. I would describe her as nothing but a crook. She did several fillings on my child and then they started coming out. One fell out and we made an appointment to get it fixed. Me and my husband talked and we decided we need to tell her we want to come back with our child who is a minor to see whatss going on. The last time she had her fillings done she stuck her with the numbing shot so that my chid was severely swollen for days and we called in several times. Anyways, I came in for our appointment and said I want to speak to the Dr. she came out with her usual BIGGGG smile. I said I wanted to ask why the fillings are coming out(my daughter have had several fillings where we lived before and it has never happened). She said because she grinds her teeth. I said ok so if she grinds her teeth why did no one tell me this before. She said she did say it before I said no one told me. She said she told my daughter and that my daughter knows herself that she grinds. I sad what? I said well there is another reason why you should have the parents come back there with the child. My child is a minor and now youre saying she said something and I wasnt there. She said why do you think Im going to hurt her. I said no but she is child and I would like to be present. I said last time something didnt go to well and I wasnt there I dont want to be in your face I just want to be present. The "doctor Kellie" said she doesnt work like that....she doesnt have any room back there....etc etc. she was shaking and nervous. Mind you not one time did I raise my voice or cause a scene in there but I simply stated up for myself and my minor child and questioned her methods. She said she didnt want to lose her license...I was surprised and said Im not saying that. She said you know what Im not going to do it. I said excuse me? Its right before Christmas I cant have my daughter walk around with a cavity the entire holiday. I said just fix it now and then Ill find another dentist. She said ok I paid and she walked off. After about 5 minutes her front desk lady said the doctor changed her mind and she wouldnt fix my daughters cavity after all. I was very shocked that she would leave an innocent child with a cavity over the holiday especially. They also are aware that after January I will have to pay a higher charge since the new year starts for a job she didnt do right but tried to blame on a CHILD supposedly grinding her teeth. I thought if this lady is a true professional and and HONEST business woman she wouldve said you know what its ok I dont usually do this but lets take a chair back and you can sit there....you know what else its free of charge. SHE did NOT. She has something to HIDE she is NOT HONEST and she does a BAD JOB. Dont let her smile fool you shes a gangster with a DRs title. I will warn everyone everywhere. Someone that can leave a child with a cavity=leaving a child to suffer does not deserve anything good coming to them.

My children were going to this dentist and we stopped because when she filled a cavity for my oldest son, she failed to adjust his teeth and when we got home, his bite was way off. He bit into some food and yelled out...I took him back to the dentist and they made the adjustment. I never should have had to take him back there. She did a crown on one of my bottom teeth and TOTALLY messed up my bottom alignment. Her excuse was "its a canine." All of the other teeth on the bottom were aligned correctly but I have this one that is not because of her. She is A HORRIBLE DENTIST...BE WARNED. She also has a problem with dark-skinned people. She was very unprofessional and talked to her assistant the entire time about her boyfriend and what he would and wouldnt let her do and how this little girl was "dark." It was pathetic, very very sad.

I was initially refused a treatment due to high blood pressure. It is noted that I have dental anxiety. I talked to everyone in the office about it. So I was sent to my primary care physician for the issue. The doctor prescribed me an anxiety medication and gave me a note regarding my blood pressure for the dentist. I went back to the dentist office, gave them the note and told them what I was prescribed. I was then told to make sure I had someone drive me to and from the appointment because of the medication. Today, the day of the appointment, I am being told that if I take the medicine then I cant be seen. I am beyond livid. I will be finding out how to file a formal complaint on "Dr" Johnson. I have so much more to say and none of its nice so Ill just sum it all up and say, make an appointment elsewhere.

WASTE OF TIME AND SHADY. I waited for an hour to get a basic exam and x-ray done. Since I had a sinus attack a few days ago I was coughing. They decided not to do the exam and x-rays but didnt tell me. I just sat there until I finally asked and then they informed me of their decision. (Mind you, but this time, my coughing fits had subsided.) As a parent, Im also leery of their policy to not allow chaperones for children under 10. They wouldnt let me accompany my 5-year-old daughter (who was only on her second trip to a dentist, and this was a new one), claiming company policy. (Not regulation or law, mind you, simply business preference.) Ive never been to a more unprofessional excuse for a dental office. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

We Love Dr. Kellie. My 3 year old loves going to see her dentist and now she comes to me saying "Mom I need to brush my teeth" or "Mom I need to floss". Her dad used to give her whatever junk she wanted to appease her but after he spoke with Dr. Kellie after one of Aeiress visits he now also says no candy, no junk and he is always making sure she brushes after meals. Happy Smiles has made a major impact on my family lives. We Love the entire staff and want to say Thank You to everyone there

My last Dentist was horrible! I was blessed to find Happy Smiles; best dental experience Ive ever had. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I had my cleaning today and my hygienist was a perfectionist, she cleaned my teeth thoroughly, I was very pleased with the service. I look forward to a healthy, long relationship with Dr. Johnson and her staff!
